Racing Queensland wishes to apologise for the recent bulk distribution of accounts via mail.
RQ is legally obligated to provide participants with a statement of accounts, and a majority of the recent distribution was a back log emanating from the start of the current financial year.
RQ is currently implementing a new system that will more efficiently distribute accounts including eliminating the duplication of emailed and mailed accounts.
This change is scheduled to occur within the next two months.
