RACE ONE

THATS BETTOR (1)
is a nicely bred filly by champion sire Bettors Delight out of Janball, making her a full sister to the talented MEANT TO BE ME. There was plenty to like about her qualifying trial in finding the line and she can convert that here on debut.

MAYWYN NO REGRETS (7) is the only runner with race experience and was hitting the line in good style off a 2nd line gate in the Paleface Adios Classic, working home in good style wide out. She is right in the mix and with the experience will be valuable.

SELECTIONS: THATS BETTOR (1), MAYWYN NO REGRETS (7), GIVE ME A GO (4), GIZZMO (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

Insufficicent exposed form for speed map

RACE TWO

COREY WILLIAM (1) appreciated the drop to Redcliffe for a confidence building win and since demolishing a field by 25m has been able to land successive wins, the latest when going all the wat from gate 4 in a Gold Pot final. From the gate he looks to have a firm grasp on this.

GETOUTNWALK (2) can look to repeat her last start result when 2nd to COREY WILLIAM in the Gold Pot Final. From the gate she can slide in behind him at the start and with the cosy trip, pop late to fill the quinella.

SELECTIONS: COREY WILLIAM (1), GETOUTNWALK (2), NONE BETTOR (3), BONNIE JUJON (7)
SUGGESTED BET: Flexi Trifecta 1 / 2 / 3-4-7

RACE THREE

MAYWYNS COURAGE (7) has taken a few starts to find his feet this preparation but showed 3 starts back he wasn’t far away when he led deep into the stretch when grabbed late by COREY WILLIAM in a Gold Pot heat. He cashed-in on Friday when he finished over the top and he can give this a shake.

SOMWHEREOVARAINBOW (6) was a runner-up in a heat and the final of a Gold Pot only beaten a neck in the final. Freshened for his latest start he made the most of a small field to finish too strongly. He is in the mix again.

SELECTIONS: MAYWYNS COURAGE (7), SOMWHEREOVARAINBOW (6), ARK PATROL (3), DAPPER BESSIE (1)
SUGGESTED BET:  MAYWYNS COURAGE (7) to win

RACE FOUR

IM NORMA JEAN (1)
looked to have found her race 3 starts back and led every step of the 2138m trip bar the one that counted when grabbed up the passing lane. Luckless in Rising Stars final from the 2nd row on Sat night, she gets every chance to take them all the way.

BANGKOK BRAVADO (4) was an impressive 2nd in a Rising Stars heat when working the run from gate 5 and then from the same gate in the final again grabbed the silver after working in the run. In this line-up he will be right in the fight.

SELECTIONS: IM NORMA JEAN (1), BANGKOK BRAVADO (4), LIFEINHEAVEN (5), CHANGEOVERME (8)
SUGGESTED BET: IM NORMA JEAN (1) to win

RACE FIVE

IDEAL SCOTT (2) might have some ordinary numbers next to his name but he has been racing without luck and gets his chance to breakthrough. Buried away on the pegs last start he never had a crack at them in a 27.5 closer and with the early speed to lead here will have them chasing.

MISTER MUNDAKA (3) will take further benefit from his latest start which was his 2nd run back from a break. Forced to work hard in the run in a strong mile he faded late. He should find this a shade easier and can feature.

SELECTIONS: IDEAL SCOTT (2), MISTER MUNDAKA (3), OVERLAP (5), BROADWAY PLAYBOY (7)
SUGGESTED BET: IDEAL SCOTT (2) to win

RACE SIX

TOP TRIO (8)
started from gate 7 over the mile 3 starts back and the run had merit after going back to the tail. Only beaten a half-neck up the passing lane 2 starts back over this trip, he should secure a perfect trip this time and can make the last shot a winning one.

CHAL FIRE (1) was responsible for a huge run 4 starts back when making an early error and since that run has been forced to work from wide gates. Back to a favourable draw he has the speed to hold them wide and will look to fight them off. Winless since May 2015, can this be the turnaround?

SELECTIONS: TOP TRIO (8), CHAL FIRE (1), MACHIN OUT (5), CHERISH THE MOMENT (7)
SUGGESTED BET: TOP TRIO (8) to win

RACE SEVEN

SOMEPARTYSOMEWHERE (4) has had a superb season missing a place just once in 11 starts. He returns here from a freshen following a 3 start Menangle campaign where he race well including a late closing 2nd last start when beaten a half-neck in a strong mile. He can give this a shake.

OUR MAJOR DAY (5) was a big winner last start at Inverell when sent forward off the 2nd line to take control and running away to a 21m victory. His run 3 back when 2nd to CLINTAL DO was a strong effort and if the 4 is vulnerable fresh, he can look to capitalise.

SELECTIONS: SOMEPARTYSOMEWHERE (4), OUR MAJOR DAY (5), BUCKHORN EXCHANGE (1), BETTOR BE LUCKY (3)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-4-5

RACE EIGHT

STATEMENT MADE (5)
made an impressive return to the track last start following a break and working his way to the front was only worn down near the line. Fitter for that outing and back to the mile he will be rolling forward and looks hard to stop in this lineup.

PSYCHEDELIC (3) was sent forward in the early stages to find position but then in the closing sprint didn’t have enough to offer and had to settle for the bronze when 3m from the winner. That followed a run to forget when striking trouble and back to the mile in this field he can challenge.

SELECTIONS: STATEMENT MADE (5), PSYCHEDELIC (3), SURFACE TO AIR (1), MONIVAE (8)
SUGGESTED BET: STATEMENT MADE (5) to win

RACE NINE

COMPLY OR DIE (1)
took on a Band 5 race last start and after working hard in the run faded in the latter stages. Leading in to that he has secured 2 wins in his previous 3 starts and only beaten a nose in the other. A brilliant beginner, he can hold the early advantage and can take them all the way.

DEANO ROBYN (8) was angled down to the pegs here 2 starts back when only 8m from COVERT BEAUTY. He did some early work last start when 10m away and with the cosy trip from the gate can be looking to issue a closing challenge.

SELECTIONS: COMPLY OR DIE (1), DEANO ROBYN (8), GOTTA GLOW (7), OUR MELS DREAM (6)
SUGGESTED BET: COMPLY OR DIE (1) to wini
