RACE ONE

PALE BEAR BOO (2)
has been in top form of late and from his past 6 starts here at Redcliffe has scored 4 victories and been runner-up in the other 2. He pressed ahead to find the front last start off gate 4 and once in control was never in danger. He can find the pegs and will have them chasing and make career start 50 a winning one.

CELTIC CRUZA (1) lands his best gate this campaign having been no closer than gate 5 in 7 starts this season. Given a freshen following successive wins when working in the run he has had 2 runs back and the latest was a luckless effort at AP when buried on the pegs. If he can see space to wind up he can throw down a strong challenge.

SELECTIONS: PALE BEAR BOO (2), CELTIC CRUZA (1), PARISIAN ROCKSTAR (7), CALCAVADO (4)
SUGGESTED BET: Flexi Trifecta 1-2-4-7

RACE TWO

MAHALO (2) had a 6 start 2YO term where she didn’t miss a placing and scored a win when leading throughout off gate 1 and posting a 12m margin. This term she has mixed some bad gates with some bad luck and last start found herself too far back when buried on the pegs. Hustled out here she can look to dictate and breakthrough.

TELLELLA (9) will take further benefit from her latest start when 2nd up for the term. Starting off the 2nd line last start she wasn’t entirely comfortable when wide off the track but once she straightened started to make good late ground. She can be better again in this.

SELECTIONS: MAHALO (2), TELLELLA (9), MAJOR GENERALJUJON (10), NEVERHAVEIEVER (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MAHALO (2) to win

RACE THREE

JUSTA DALE (3) has been taking on some stronger races than what he has found here. Last start he rolled forward from gate 4 and worked hard in the run when 4th behind STATEMENT MADE and 3 starts back wasn’t far off MAYWYNS BEST. He can apply pressure early here and looks to get his chance.

JANGO FETT (6) was sent forward to face the breeze over the mile in a 2nd division qualifier last start and in a slick rate faded off. 3 starts back he grabbed the bronze behind MAYWYNS BEST via the passing lane and with even luck off the gate can challenge in this field.

SELECTIONS: JUSTA DALE (3), JANGO FETT (6), RED LUCK (4), NOLONGA YOUR CHOICE (1)
SUGGESTED BET:  JUSTA DALE (3) to win

RACE FOUR

LONG DIRT ROAD (1)
looked to take them all the way at AP 3 starts back and after leading deep into the stretch was grabbed on the line to go under a head. He followed that with a tough run in the breeze and last start was luckless on the pegs behind a tiring leader. He will be gripping on.

SOPHIES PRIDE (7) was 1st up in 6 weeks last start and after starting off the 2nd line came with a well-timed run to power over the top to a 5m victory. With the perfect trail on offer behind the leader here, she will be coiled and ready for the final shot.

SELECTIONS: LONG DIRT ROAD (1), SOPHIES PRIDE (7), OUR DIAMOND EDITON (3), SAND SAFARI (2)
SUGGESTED BET: Flexi trifecta 1-2-3-7

RACE FIVE

MAESTRO MAC (4) is only lightly raced and last campaign from 5 starts was able to place on 4 occasions. Last start off gate 9 he worked in the run early but couldn’t finish off and was sent for a spell. All 5 starts last time in were off the 2nd line and with the benefit of a front line gate he can get  in the action early and is a big threat.

MATRON JUJON (8) makes her debut for the Dixon yard and is a Mr Feelgood filly out of the smart race mare Catwalk Beauty. Trialling twice to prepare for her first race appearance she has done everything asked of her and striking a winnable target 1st up can make the most of it.

SELECTIONS: MAESTRO MAC (4), MATRON JUJON (8), VICTREE MIKAYLA (7), WAVEDANCER (2)
SUGGESTED BET: MAESTRO MAC (4) to win

RACE SIX

BANGKOK BRAVADO (4)
gets in here on a big class drop coming into this with placings at his past 3 starts including a strong 2nd in a Rising Stars Final when working hard in the run and only 2.5m from the winner ONLY ONE PROMISE. He should have too much class for these.

DIAMONDSFROMHEAVEN (5) was a nice winner here 4 starts back when working home wide off the track. Since that run she has faced the 2nd line twice and last start from gate 5 at Armidale worked in the breeze when fading late. In this field she looks the only danger if there even is one.

SELECTIONS: BANGKOK BRAVADO (4), DIAMONDSFROMHEAVEN (5), PAQUIN (2)
SUGGESTED BET: BANGKOK BRAVADO / DIAMONDSFROMHEAVEN (4/5) exacta
