RACE ONE

SISTER FEELGOOD (3)
started from gate 1 here last week and after being easily crossed then made an error that ended her chances. Starting from the 2nd line at her previous 2 starts, the front line suits and she strikes a winnable contest here to break the maiden.

SOHO MOODY BLUE (2) will benefit from her return to the track last start following a freshen and stepping out for Narissa McMullen for the 1st time. She did her share of work last start in finding the front from gate 6 before fading out. With a improved gate and added fitness she can be an improver.

SELECTIONS: SISTER FEELGOOD (3), SOHO MOODY BLUE (2), ONYA DOUG (6), PRIVATE JUJON (7)
SUGGESTED BET: SISTER FEELGOOD (3) to win

RACE TWO

HEADWIN (1) was forced to work in the run last start and after cutting the breeze was still working to the line when 9m from the winner NEVERHAVEIEVER.  His run 4 starts back behind ARK PATROL was good and with the gate advantage can look to dictate terms to his first victory.

WEDDING NIGHT (4) has been runner-up at her past 2 starts with the latest when finishing best of the chasing pack behind the clear-out winner COREY WILLIAM. If she can find position without doing too much she can be in the finishing fight.

SELECTIONS: HEADWIN (1), WEDDING NIGHT (4), NIKOLO (5), REDGARTERGAL (7)
SUGGESTED BET: HEADWIN (1) to win

RACE THREE

KYLIE BROMAC (3) started in red figures 4 starts back at what was her 2nd run back from a spell holding 2nd after looking to lead throughout. Since that run she has been well covered in 2 much stronger events and in the other was only 1.5m from the winner COULDNTRESIST. She gets her chance.

BALTIC BLUE EYES (4) looked to take them all the way 3 starts back and led everywhere bar where it counted when a half-head from victory. Warming up for this with a run at AP on Tuesday, she can utilise her early speed.

SELECTIONS: KYLIE BROMAC (3), BALTIC BLUE EYES (4), MISS ROB ROY (1), LEORYAN (7)
SUGGESTED BET:  Exotics 1-3-4-7

RACE FOUR

BOB GAGE (3)
started from gate 5 last start and was working home wide off the track to prove too strong and take a head margin. That followed a strong run from gate 10 when working home strongly and within 2m of the winner OSCARS GLORY. With the good alley he can repeat the win.

KEARNEY LANE (2) will search for back-to-back victories after a strong last start win. Taken back from gate 6 she worked home strongly with a closing sprint and arrived in time for a stylish win. 4 starts back she went within a half-head of victory at AP and from the gate can threaten.

SELECTIONS: BOB GAGE (3), KEARNEY LANE (2), CAMIVISTA (7), PANDORAS DIAMOND (4)
SUGGESTED BET: BOB GAGE (3) to win

RACE FIVE

SLIPPERY JADE (2) didn’t have the speed to lead on Mon from gate 2 at AP but was able to land running line cover and arrived at the right time for the narrowest of wins. That was a confidence building win after 2 sub-par runs at her return from a break and with this no harder, she can go back-to-back.

SANTASTIC PRINCESS (1) worked to the front from gate 3 last start and once in control was able to take them all the way. That was a turn-around after struggling in starts leading into the win. From the gate she will have options.

SELECTIONS: SLIPPERY JADE (2), SANTASTIC PRINCESS (1), CHANGEOVERME (7), IPANEMA BEACH (4)
SUGGESTED BET: SLIPPERY JADE (2) to win

RACE SIX

FLASHING GOOD TIME (1)
hasn’t been suited from the barriers at her past 3 starts and has just been too far out of the ground which does not suit. She strikes a field and barrier where she can look to dictate and will be gripping to the front in the stretch.

NOTTELLINYA (7) finished well along the inside here 3 starts back and then on Sat night was snagged down to the pegs and worked home well behind JACKS AT THE BEACH. He can place with the cheap run.

SELECTIONS: FLASHING GOOD TIME (1), NOTTELLINYA (7), HEART OF CHANGE (5), CORPORAL JUJON (6)
SUGGESTED BET: FLASHING GOOD TIME (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

HOW WE ROLL (6) has the tough gate but can look to bounce back against this line-up. 3 starts back from gate 10 he worked home wide off the track struck trouble in his next run and did a good job to get as close as he did. His latest run was in much stronger class than this. He can cash-in here.

TASCOTT LADY (8) looked to take them all the way at AP 4 starts back when grabbed in the closing stages by SKYLARHAIN. Her next few she has been unable to work into the contest including last start when snagged back from gate 4. With the right run in transit she won’t be far off them.

SELECTIONS: HOW WE ROLL (6), TASCOTT LADY (8), HOT DOGMA (7), INVINCIBLE TALLON (9)
SUGGESTED BET: HOW WE ROLL (6) to win

RACE EIGHT

JAZZY ARTIST (8)
has been racing well without landing a breakthrough and been runner up at 2 of her past 5 outings. Last week she was working home wide out and battled to the line when 6m from the all the way winner GLENFERRIE BABY. With some strong front-line pressure she looks to get her chance.

XTRAORDINARY LOMBO (3) is in great touch with wins in 3 of his past 4 starts, the most recent a strong effort when pressing forward to find the front from gate 5 and hold them all off. He might need to work hard in the run here, but if he can bully his way to the front will take catching.

SELECTIONS: JAZZY ARTIST (8), XTRAORDINARY LOMBO (3), ROYAL TAZ (1), CALCAVADO (6)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-6-8
