RACE ONE

GLENEAGLE BUZZ (1) is a Changeover gelding on debut for Graeme Harris out of the mare Emma Montana. Not seen since qualifying in a trial back in February, his effort in that trial was a smart piece of work where he defeated a couple of subsequent older age winners. The gate is a big help.

TIN AMBER MINE (3) sat in behind the speed last start when having his second race outing against older opposition. Chasing gamely to finish 10m from the winner THREE ONE FOUR, a return to his own age will aid his chances of challenging.

TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (2) is a Roll With Joe filly on debut for Chantal Turpin. A daughter of Ideal Tact, she is the second foal of her dam and a half to the five-time winner TIC TACT. A sound trial has her in the mix in the small field.

SELECTIONS: GLENEAGLE BUZZ (1), TIN AMBER MINE (3), TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (2)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE TWO

JUST ONE GOOD ONE (8) started from gate 1 in a Trot Rods scamper last start and sat in the pocket trail after being crossed after the start. Angling wider in the stretch, he owned superior closing speed to arrive for the win and with some tempo expected in the early to middle stages here, can descend.

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (4) started from the second line here last start and was in the running line when trying to make ground over the closing stages. Grabbing the bronze behind GETALOADATHISBRO, he can benefit off some early tempo and look to challenge in the stretch.

MUSTANG DUDE (3) was sent to the front last start from gate 2 and taking control was able to hold on for a 2m winning margin. Not far away two starts back, he can be up handy to the action here.

ELPINE SALLY (6) will be requiring a slice of luck from this alley as she looks set to be buried in the run and needing some gaps. Making some late metres last start, she will be probing.

SELECTIONS: JUST ONE GOOD ONE (8), MY ULTIMATE HESTON (4), MUSTANG DUDE (3), ELPINE SALLY (6)
SUGGESTED BET: JUST ONE GOOD ONE (8) to win

RACE THREE

A GOOD IDEAL (2)
has been to this track on four occasions, finishing as the runner-up once and claiming a pair of wins. A beaten fav over the AP mile last start when sitting parked from the second line, it followed a 2nd when wide off the track over the closing stages. He gets the chance to dictate.

POM PAY (9) takes her first look at the track after a down the line effort over the AP mile last time out. Retreating back to the poles on that occasion, she was a winner three starts back in her first Qld appearance when swooping home at Redcliffe and although needing to be wide, she can challenge.

SHEZALUCKYLADY (6) was sent to the post as fav last start at headquarters and from the 1x1 trail had to settle for the bronze when 5m from the winner. Likely to be buried, she will search for gaps.

CANNAN (4) settled in the 1x1 trail at Redcliffe last time out and was trying to make a closing raid when finishing 4m in arrears of the winner JOY MAKER. The gate stings, but he can chime in.

SELECTIONS: A GOOD IDEAL (2), POM PAY (9), SHEZALUCKYLADY (6), CANNAN (4)
SUGGESTED BET: A GOOD IDEAL (2) to win

RACE FOUR

DINOSAURUS REX (2)
takes his first look at the Little M for visiting New South Welshman Graham Betts. Winning first up at Redcliffe when using the passing lane to arrive, he then struck trouble in a Trot Rods event when sent out as the fav. From the handy gate he can capitalise.

GHOST GUM (1) has been runner-up at his past two starts, the latest of those here on this deck when sitting parked from gate 4 and gripping on as GETALOADATHISBRO took a decisive win. Just a half-head short of the prize after leading two starts back, he has the gate to challenge.

FEELGOOD EXPRESS (9) claimed a Redcliffe win two starts back when sent forward from gate 6 to grind it out first over. Just 2m from JOEY LINCOLN last start, she can be making a late raid.

CHASIN DREAMZ (3) was a winner five starts back when sitting parked over the Redcliffe 1780m trip. Runner-up in all four since, three of those have been behind his airborne stablemate SCHOOBY.

SELECTIONS: DINOSAURUS REX (2), GHOST GUM (1), FEELGOOD EXPRESS (9), CHASIN DREAMZ (3)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FIVE

GETALOADATHISBRO (2) was put into the contest in the early stages from the second line here last start and was able to take control and once in charge pulled clear to a dominant victory. Runner-up from gate 7 over the AP mile three starts back, he has the gate to dictate proceedings.

JOY MAKER (9) is in search of a hat-trick of victories after wins at Redcliffe and then here on this deck. That win came from gate 8 when sweeping around the field to claim a 3m margin. A passing lane winner two starts back, she will need to overcome a tough draw to make a challenge.

DARBY BRIGHTS (4) has hit the board in 50% of her outings here at Marburg and comes into this contest with placings in 4 of her past 5 starts, the latest when under 2m from the winner.

BATMAN BART (5) has put together a streak of three successive wins here in Qld, the past two at headquarters. The past two have been when leading and he cops a tough gate.

SELECTIONS: GETALOADATHISBRO (2), JOY MAKER (9), DARBY BRIGHTS (4), BATMAN BART (5)
SUGGESTED BET: GETALOADATHISBRO (2) to win

RACE SIX

FAIREACHDAINN (1)
has limited exposure on this track with just one placing in her two attempts. In super form at present where she has 6 wins in her past 8 appearances, the latest was an all the way effort in a Trot Rods event. Taking them all the way over the 1780m two back, she can capitalise.

ALTANA BLUE (4) was sent around the field in the early stages from a second line gate over the AP 2138m journey two starts back and was able to get within 3m of the passing lane winner. Striking trouble last start from gate 7 over the mile, he can press on here to throw down a challenge.

MAGICOL IDEAL (6) has a super record on this deck but will need some luck form this alley where he will be buried in the run. With 4 wins and 3 minors in his 9 appearances, he will be probing for gaps.

IMA BEACH BABE (3) is in great touch at present, hitting the board in 6 of her past 8 starts which includes 3 wins. 3rd in the fastest Trot Rods heat behind JUST DESSY last time, she is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: FAIREACHDAINN (1), ALTANA BLUE (4), MAGICOL IDEAL (6), IMA BEACH BABE (3)
SUGGESTED BET: FAIREACHDAINN (1) to wins

RACE SEVEN

VOODOO FELLA (8)
backs up from his win here on Sunday where he was wide off the track and finished over the tip to claim a 3m margin. With 3 wins and 2 minors in his 7 attempts here at Marburg, he has improved every run since resuming from a break and this is within reach.

MAFFIOSO GIRL (1) was resuming from a break and first up back in the Elkins barn last start when tackling a Trot Rods scamper. Fading after a tough trip, she should appreciate the conditions here where she has the speed to lead and has been a four-time winner previously.

ARTISTIC SAINT (3) has a solitary win in his dozen outings here at Marburg but brings a solid last start 2nd on his card when chasing behind RAANI. From the gate he can fire some early bullets.

LETSPLAYUNI (6) was shooting for a hat-trick of victories last start when unable to get warm in the closing stages over the Redcliffe 2040m trip. A passing lane winner two back, he will be probing.

SELECTIONS: VOODOO FELLA (8), MAFFIOSO GIRL (1), ARTISTIC SAINT (3), LETSPLAYUNI (6)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-6-8

RACE EIGHT

SWEET JASMINE (7) started from gate 10 over the AP mile last time out and was angled to the poles to search for some shortcuts when 7m from the winner SHARP SHOOTER. Not too far from MISSTREPO two starts back, she can secure the right trail in transit to look to make the closing shot.

SHADYS CULLECT (8) started from gate 4 in a Trot Rods heat last time out where she was angled back to the poles and chased gamely for the silver behind subsequent winner CRADLE OF FIRE. Grabbed in the closing stages two starts back when setting the tempo, she can make a late play.

BETTOR KEEP ROCKING (1) has been to the track on four occasions since resuming from a spell and joining the Ash Perks yard, placing in two of those. Striking trouble last start, the gate is a big help.

BAILEYS WITH LEGS (2) has been runner-up here on four occasions, the latest here on Sunday when sitting parked throughout in finishing 3m from the leader and winner MELTON INSULTED. A similar trip looks likely.

SELECTIONS: SWEET JASMINE (7), SHADYS CULLECT (8), BETTOR KEEP ROCKING (1), BAILEYS WITH LEGS (2)
SUGGESTED BET: SWEET JASMINE (7) to win

RACE NINE

MONTEREY JACK (7)
started from inside the second line over the AP mile last time out and with the cosy trip in behind the action, possessed superior closing speed to land the prize. Runner-up two starts back behind the clear out winner MI FURIOSO TORO, he can trail through to descend on them.

MOTU CULLEN (4) was a Redcliffe winner from wide off the front line two starts back, pressing on to take control and once in front, put them to the sword to claim a huge 24m winning margin. The effort was solid last start when not much went his way and he can throw it down from the gate.

MOONLIGHT BUTCHER (9) was wide off the track last start when trying to eat into the deficit of the dictating STUDLEIGH WILL and the start prior, his run was full of merit after snagging back from gate 6 over the Redcliffe sprint trip. Look for him chiming in.

CC JONES (1) started from gate 2 here last start and with good speed underneath was never a chance to cross before finding 1x1 cover. From this gate he can look to burrow through and give some cheek.

SELECTIONS: MONTEREY JACK (7), MOTU CULLEN (4), MOONLIGHT BUTCHER (9), CC JONES (1)
SUGGESTED BET: MONTEREY JACK (7) to win
