Became unbalanced when crowded for room by SWISS MADEMOISELLE, which shifted in near the 500m. T. Williams, rider of SWISS MADEMOISELLE, was advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances.

Audella  After passing the winning post, blundered after clipping the heels of FIRST DRAFT (A. Fancourt), which shifted in. Apprentice Fancourt was reprimanded and advised to show much greater care in similar circumstances.  Beaudesert  27/12/2014 
Bekanntes  Stewards questioned J. Byrne in relation to the horse's disappointing performance. He said that the horse travelled well throughout the race, however on a number of occasions during the event wanted to change legs. He could offer no explanation for the performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Trainer R. Heathcote was at a loss to explain the poor performance and advised stewards that he would consult with his stable veterinarian and notify stewards should anything come to light that may have had an effect on the performance. Echelon Annie  Re-saddled prior to the start. Jockey P. Romeo reported that the saddle had slipped to the near side at about the 700 metres, however near the 400 metres he was able to re-position the saddle and continued to ride forward, however the saddle again shifted near the 100 metres and he was unable to ride his mount out.
