Imposing Clare – Became unbalanced and lost ground at the 800m and again at the 600m before hanging out from the 500m. Connections were advised that the horse’s nomination at provincial meetings would be refused until its form improved at non TAB venues. Sunshine Coast 16/10/2016
Little Miss Monaco A post-race veterinary examination revealed the horse had sustained lacerations consistent with being galloped on. Trainer G. Hay was advised that he will be required to provide a veterinary clearance for the horse prior to it being permitted to race again. Sunshine Coast 22/01/2017

Storm Anchor Began awkwardly, crossing a runner to the outside. Raced greenly rounding the home turn. Bell 07/01/2017
Bravado Miss Carried extremely wide by another runner rounding the home turn. Gold Coast 28/01/2017

Dubleo's Pride Taken wider on the track in the early stages when another runner hung out and as a result was forced to race wide throughout. Warwick 28/01/2017
Frogmouth Hampered between runners on jumping. Held up approaching and rounding the home turn. Beaudesert 26/01/2017
Lucky's Lil Girl - Held up rounding the home and in the early stages of the home straight. Kilcoy 26/01/2017
Rumba Laara Raced keenly in the early stages and near the 800m had to steadied on a number of occasions whilst awkwardly placed at heels. Laid in under pressure in the home straight. Warwick 28/01/2017

Deputy Peck Tightened for room at the start. Warwick 28/01/2017
Man of Law Stewards questioned trainer G Richardson in relation to the seemingly improved performance of MAN OF LAW. Mr Richardson advised that despite finishing 8th last start at Bell, the gelding was only beaten 3 lengths and did not appreciate the firm track on that occasion. He added that the horse had worked well in preparation for today’s event and this, combined with the step up in distance today contributed to the horse’s apparent improved performance.
