Snapper	Held up for clear running from 600m until a point approaching the 100m. Rider questioned re failure to shift out leaving 500m - stated he felt there was no opportunity to do so so elected to follow runner on the fence into race however that runner failed to improve as anticipated after which he was unable to shift out as had improved to the inside of the heels of another runner.
