Added the mare then received veterinary treatment for that ailment however, he had failed to adhere to his obligations under AR140(c) and was found guilty of a charge under that Rule in that he had failed to report a condition which may have affected the mares performance at its last start. Mr Webb was fined $500.

Trainer was advised vet cert required prior to racing again.
