J Orman, rider of THE DRILLER, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that near the 300 metres he shifted out from behind JACKSPRAT to obtain clear running and in doing so bumped heavily with INCHING CLOSER which was taken out onto SACRED SUITE which in turn was taken out onto RUN ON, both of which were severely hampered. The licence of J Orman to ride in races was suspended for a period of 7 days to commence midnight 5th April up to and including midnight 12th April. In assessing penalty Stewards acknowledged J Orman’s good riding record under this rule and his guilty
