Arkiboum Slow to begin. When questioned, rider stated that the mare travelled comfortably in a rearward position, in accordance with its established racing pattern, however when placed under pressure approaching the home turn failed to respond to his riding and was disappointing. He added that the mare may not have appreciated today’s firm track conditions. Trainer G. Dickson undertook to report to the stewards if anything was amiss with the mare in the days subsequent to the event. Townsville 25/10/2014

All Bar Lily Near the 100 metres, became awkward and lay in on the heels of OVER THE CHOICE which had shifted out. App R Shred was advised to exercise more care. The mare continued to lay in over the concluding stages. Emerald 14/10/2017
