The Snow Queen Was obliged to race in restricted room to the inside of CLOUDS passing the 1200m and as a result was steadied. Sunshine Coast 09/07/2017

Sweet Red Wine Inclined to lay in passing the 1000m, despite the efforts of its rider. Raced wide throughout. Had to be steadied rounding the home turn when buffeted between TURQUOISE, which shifted in, and STREETSUSS, which shifted out slightly. Rider and trainer questioned regarding tactics and horses performance. Refer Stewards Report. Vetted, no significant findings. Ipswich 30/06/2017
Eyeronic Slow to begin. Raced three wide without cover throughout the event. On returning to scale apprentice A. Fancourt reported that in her opinion her mount resented the tongue tie and for that reason she had suggested to connections to remove this gear. Ipswich 23/06/2017
Our Momento Hung out from leaving the 600m until entering the home straight. Gold Coast 21/06/2017
Streetsuss Shifted out slightly rounding the home turn, bumping another runner, then a short distance later had difficulty obtaining clear running. Ipswich 30/06/2017
Suilven Due to traffic delays, T. Brooker replaced J. Guthman-Chester as the rider of the horse. Sunshine Coast 14/06/2017
Roman Ruby Slow to begin and was hampered shortly afterwards. Raced greenly in the early stages and when overracing in restricted room near the 1200m and had to be checked and lost ground. Sunshine Coast 11/06/2017
Chamise On return to scale, apprentice A. Sewell reported that his mount raced greenly throughout the event. Toowoomba 02/07/2017
Jameslea Bota Jockey J. Taylor reported at scale that his mount commenced to weaken from the 500m and also made an abnormal respiratory noise. A post-race veterinary examination confirmed the horse was making an abnormal respiratory noise. Trainer C. Halliday will be advised that prior to racing again the horse will require a veterinary clearance, including the results of an endoscopic examination. Ipswich 30/06/2017
Looksy No Touchy Forced to steady to avoid the heels of another runner approaching the 1000m. After being caught wide in the early stages T. Harrison allowed her mount to stride forward and obtain a position outside the leader passing the 800m. Ipswich 23/06/2017

Vegas Ruler On return to scale, jockey Brad Appo reported that the gelding got its tongue over the bit. Raced keenly in the early stages. Steadied from heels near the 1200m, shifted out and raced wide from that point onwards. Toowoomba 08/07/2017
Subsolar Began awkwardly and lost ground. Near 1600m commenced to race ungenerously and shifted out abruptly whilst continuing to overrace for some distance thereafter. Approaching 700m steadied from heels of MANDRYKA when overracing. Momentarily held up rounding the home turn. Gold Coast 10/06/2017

Bithard A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be short in its action in the near foreleg and both hind legs. Sunshine Coast 01/07/2017
Limestone Cowboy Began awkwardly and was then tightened for room shortly after the start. Forced wider on the track near the 800m when hampered by another runner. Ipswich 30/06/2017

Dodge the Press Had to be steadied near the 300m after improving on to the heels of DEEP DOWN. Jockey C. Whiteley reported at scale that after beginning very awkwardly, his mount lost ground and as a result settled further beck than anticipated. Beaudesert 24/06/2017

Mr Attitude Overraced when at the heels of ALASSAK, which was steadied leaving the 1000m. Sunshine Coast 01/07/2017
Sharpamal After being pressured in the early stages to obtain the lead, then commenced to overrace through the middle stages. Ipswich 07/07/2017
Vital Love . Lloyd reported that from the jump the filly, which he expected to race in a forward position, failed to travel at any stage and despite his efforts to improve, trailed the field throughout the event and tailed off in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Trainer J. Meagher’s representative, Mr A. Kermond, advised that in light of the performance today, the stable will barrier trial the filly prior to next racing. Ipswich 23/06/2017
