Complied with instructed but conceded that the tactics adopted had a detrimental effect on horses' performanc. Stewards critical of rider's actions in that once obtaining the lead near the 1100m she should have continued to restraing it in the middle stages to give it every oppurtunity to finish the race of instead of allowing it to stride forward leaving the 700m. |
