Go Get Sum Slightly hampered approaching the 200m when racing in restricted room to the inside of TRIPLE JEOPARDY and then approaching the 100m had to be steadied when tightened for room by TRIPLE JEOPARDY which was taken in slightly by MR MARBELLOUZ. Si Si Sequalo Steadied when crowded slightly when weakening near the 100m. Ipswich 11/08/2017
Outback Storm When questioned by Stewards as to the disappointing performance, jockey J. Oliver reported that the gelding travelled comfortably throughout the event, however when placed under pressure from the 500m, his mount failed to respond to his riding and proved disappointing. Jockey Oliver added that, in his opinion, the horse failed to handle the prevailing track conditions tonight. Toowoomba 04/03/2017

Captain Clayton When questioned regarding the horse’s improved performance, trainer G. Sitek explained that the gelding has been racing over shorter distances from wide barriers and as a result has raced wide, which he felt reflected its performances. He added that today the gelding was able to settle in a good position close to the rail and the step up in distance also had an effect on its performance. Stewards noted his explanation. Regularity On passing the winning post on the first occasion, the gelding was steadied to avoid the heels of BAY RAIDER (N. Tomizawa) which was taken in by NATIONAL JEWEL (G. Steele) which shifted in when not completely clear. Became unbalanced for a short distance near the 1300m when placed in restricted room to the inside of MCGILL (C. Small) which shifted in. Slalom Overraced passing the 1400m and when restrained from heels near the 1300m shifted wider and improved to the lead passing the 1000m. Sunshine Coast 13/08/2017
