Encore Sall after being loaded into the barriers, broke through and cantered a short distance. Prior to being reloaded was examined by Club Vet and cleared to start. Nanango 12/08/2017

Danish Diction examined by club Vet prior to start after sustaining minor lacerations to off hind leg when being transported to track and cleared to start. When leaving the saddling enclosure made contact with QAS vehicle, examined by club Vet at the start and cleared to start. Raced wide throughout. Wondai 21/10/2017

Glenthorn Avenue raced wide for the majority of the event. Gympie 28/10/2017
Sun Will Shine Hung out throughout. Near the 800m raced in restricted room for a short distance. Warwick 16/09/2017
King Ludwig Rider C. Eaton reported at scale that the gelding did not suit the track conditions of todays event. Trainer J. Crompton advised that the gelding would be sent for a spell. Post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Tara 07/10/2017

Singaraja Raced wide throughout. Gatton 27/10/2017
Gas Burner stewards questioned rider K Gates over her riding in the first 200 metres of the event which saw GAS BURNER, after beginning well, being restrained to the tail of the field.. K Gates advised instructions from Trainer B Gill were to ride GAS BURNER cold and come with one run from the 600 metres, as the gelding had shown a tendency to over-race when restrained in the early stages of its most recent races..
