Indestructible  When questioned regarding her tactics, apprentice J. Greacen stated that she had difficulty restraining behind BOOM BOX and therefore shifted to the outside of the heels of that horse, however was then carried three wide when BOOM BOX shifted out near the 700m from behind ELUSIVENESS and then raced wide from that point on, bearing in mind the instructions from the trainer were not to restrain the horse unnecessarily. He'll Be Right  Slow to begin. Rider questioned. She said after being slow to begin, she rode her gelding along in an effort to improve and near the 900m improved on to heels and had to be steadied and lost ground. She added that the gelding commenced to hang out and continued to do so for the remainder of the event, which prevented her from riding with her usual vigour in the home straight. Grace Ace  Bumped at the start and raced wide the majority. When questioned into the tactics adopted, Jockey A. Badger indicated that her instructions from the trainer were to ride the mare wide as they were of the view that it was the better section of the track. She further added that it was the mare's first start in six months and in her opinion the mare would be better suited over further distances on firmer ground. Trainer P.
