Machu Picchu Commenced to overrace from the 1300m and continued to do so until clipping heels and blundering near the 1000m, almost dislodging its rider, causing apprentice H. English to lose the use of her reins, her off side iron and drop her whip. Shortly afterwards, the horse shifted wider on the track and improved quickly to a position outside the lead and race 3 wide without cover. Sunshine Coast 16/05/2018

Snuggle Pot When questioned regarding the performance Jockey Mrs B. Andrew explained that in her opinion the gelding is better suited when ridden in the lead or in a position without cover as the gelding tends to not race well when around other horses. Trainer Mr B. Andrew was of the same opinion. He added that that he was disappointed with today’s performance and would report to stewards in coming days if anything became apparent. Warwick 12/05/2018
