Our Little Miracle |
When questioned regarding the disappointing performance of the mare, Jockey said that, despite being momentarily tightened for room in the early stages, his mount travelled comfortably throughout in a rearward position, however when placed under pressure rounding the home turn did not respond and was disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination of the mare did not reveal any abnormality.
