He added that, in his opinion, the horse may be coming to the end of its preparation.

He'll Be Right  Slow to begin. Rider questioned. She said after being slow to begin, she rode her gelding along in an effort to improve and near the 900m improved on to heels and had to be steadied and lost ground. She added that the gelding commenced to hang out and continued to do so for the remainder of the event, which prevented her from riding with her usual vigour in the home straight. Piggy Bank  Slow to begin. Had to be steadied near the 150m when tightened for room, and then was unable to obtain clear running for the remainder of the event. Jockey Matthew Palmer, rider of a TAHOE CITY, was reprimanded for shifting ground when not sufficiently clear near the 150m. .

Harrison reported to stewards at scale that the filly hung out from the 700m and as a result proved difficult to ride rounding the home turn and she was unable to fully test her mount until it balanced up after entering the straight. Vine  Jockey B. Wallace reported that the gelding made an abnormal respiratory noise leaving the 600m and then compounded over the final 400m. Trainer J. Wallace undertook to produce the results of an endoscopic examination prior to the gelding's next start.  Gold Coast  4/07/2015
