Boer  Weakened in the home straight. Jockey A. Best reported that the horse was awkward in its action over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer reported that the horse has subsequently undergone an endoscopic examination and was found to be suffering from an inflamed pallet. The horse has commenced treatment and will be trialed prior to next start. Consideration will also be given to the removal of the blinkers and tongue tie from the horses gear.  Sunshine Coast  2/08/2015

By the Vines (NZ)  Sustained a minor laceration to the nearside eye when being transported to the track, examined by the veterinary surgeon and passed fit to start.  Ipswich  19/08/2015 
Just Keep Giving  Overraced on heels near the 800m and shifted out, making contact with the runner to the outside before being checked from heels. Stewards asked stable representative G. Thompson to explain the mare's seemingly improved performance. He indicated that the horse did not perform well after overracing and going to the lead at its most recent start and added that in prior starts the horse had been quite disappointing this preparation. He indicated that had the horse not performed well in today's event, consideration would have been given to retiring the horse.  Sunshine Coast  16/08/2015
