Sam de Hero  A. Allen felt that the 7-day backup along with the 59kg impost had an effect on the horse's performance and advised that the horse did not quicken when attempting to improve rounding the home turn. Trainer C. Anderson agreed with Mr Allan's comments and advised that he would avoid starting the horse within 7 days of a previous run if circumstances permit. My Bling  Held up for clear running after passing the 400m. Disappointed for a run leaving the 300m and shifted out to secure clear running at that point, and was then tightened for room approaching the 100m, having to be steadied.   Sunshine Coast  13/09/2015

Twisted Mountain  Slow to begin. Held up in the early stages of the straight. When questioned regarding the horse's improved performance, trainer C. Munce stated that the gelding was disappointing at its previous start at the Sunshine Coast on a soft track, however given that the gelding was down in weight today, with apprentice Fancourt's claim, and the firmer racing surface, he was not surprised by the improved showing.  Doomben  12/09/2015
