Diddy Win Diddy  Restrained from the heels of GENTLEMAN JACK in the early stages of the home straight. Rider reported that he was of the view that his mount got its tongue over the bit and choked down throughout the race. Vetted - no abnormalities.  Doomben  3/11/2015 
Limerick Moon  A post-race veterinary examination revealed the horse to be suffering from heat stress.  Sunshine Coast  8/11/2015

Red Claw  B Stewart reported, in his opinion, the horse was not entirely comfortable in the soft track conditions and he felt that as this was the horse's first start from a spell it would take benefit from the run. Trainer D. Meagher reported that in hindsight he may have erred in removing the blinkers from the horse's gear. He felt that the horse would be more suited to being stepped up over longer distances where the horse would be able to secure a position closer to the lead, and agreed with jockey Stewart's comments that the gelding was not entirely comfortable in today's soft track conditions.  Sunshine Coast  25/10/2015

King of the Castle  Stewards questioned rider regarding tactics. He indicated he had been given no specific instructions, however rode vigorously out of the barriers in order to cross OUR ROCKY. He then felt that when the favourite improved to the outside he would be better served holding the position to the inside.P Duff confirmed indicated he was disappointed with the horse and would now step the horse up over 1400m where the gelding may be able to obtain a forward position more easily.He added that KING OF THE CASTLE had trialled during the week and, in hindsight, this may have left the horse a little flat.  Sunshine Coast  23/10/2015

Three Rondavels (NZ)  Vetted - found to be lame in the near fore leg. Connections were advised that a veterinary clearance will be required prior to its next start.   Gold Coast  14/10/2015

Claire Delores  Apprentice S. Eilbeck reported at scale her mount was inclined to lay out under pressure in the home straight. When questioned regarding the improved performance, trainer G. Cousins advised that following its last start on 21 December 2014 he felt the horse was immature and as a result spelled the mare. He added that today it was having its first race start for 11 months and attributed this to the improved performance.

Light Shows  Questioned re: tactics last 500m - Leaving 500m attempted to shift out to improve but unable to when another runner positioned outside him. Attempted to follow eventual winner upon straightening but it failed to quicken early in home straigh so elected to shift out to obtain run but was dissapointed for that run when runners forward of him shifted ground. Then held up and had to shift out again to secure clear runing over final 100m at which point filly finished the race off well.  Gold Coast  7/11/2015
