A post race veterinary examination of the horse, which finished tailed off, revealed the gelding to be displaying an abnormal respiratory noise. Connections were advised they must produce the results of an endoscopic examination and the horse must trial satisfactorily prior to its next race start. Endoscopic examination was clear however blood tests revealed signs of a respiratory infection. Will be sent for a spell.

Held up from approaching the 400m until passing the 300m and then shifted out abruptly, forcing a run between STUNNING SHOW and POWER BIRD, which was forced wider on the track.
