Eased when tightened rounding 1st turn. When quest re perf. rdr stated he wanted to be in prominent posn but mount failed to muster early speed & when caught wide he eased to posn worse than m/field. Rdr added filly failed to travel throughout & was inclined to look at other runners. Rdr stated mount did not handle tight circuit & in his opinion would appreciate larger circuit & step up in distance so can settle further forward. P/R vet exam revealed mild heat stress.
