Blooming Tycoon Began awkwardly. When questioned as to the seemingly improved performance, Trainer I Livingstone stated that the mare failed to perform as expected during a campaign earlier this year in Melbourne. Mr Livingstone added that since returning to his stables the mare had impressed him in its work and subsequent trials leading into today’s event and as such he was hopeful of a forward showing. Molly Miyako Improved onto heels approaching the 700m, and shifted out. Toowoomba 13/07/2018
Jayaqua COT - to be more fwd - slow away, settled behind speed. Rdr std with blinkers on was instr to be more fwd but when slow away settled further back. Std mount travelled fairly in the early & mid stages however did not respond from h/turn & was disappointing in the straight. Post-race vet exam revealed no abs. Stable rep advised mare had worked particularly well in blinkers leading into today's event & a fwd showing was expected. Stable to report back. Nowra 08/07/2018

My Delilah When questioned as to the performance, Jockey A Allen stated that the mare raced keenly in the early and middle stages as a result of TIME TO PLAY which was inclined to lay in and in doing so bumped MY DELILAH on a number of occasions. Nonetheless, Jockey Allen was disappointed with the mare’s failure to finish off the race over the final 400m and in his opinion was disappointing. Trainer B Lockwood indicated that he would step the mare up in distance and attempt to have it ridden with cover. Gold Coast 15/09/2018

Willo Titto Slow to begin. When asked to comment on the performance, jockey J. Lloyd stated the horse was unable to muster early speed, then improved onto heels at the 600m and proved disappointed in its finishing effort. He indicated the filly, in his opinion, was looking for races over longer distances. Sunshine Coast 12/09/2018

Held up approaching the 400m and then had to be steadied from the heels of TOUCAN SAM, which shifted in. Obliged to shift wider after entering the home straight in order to obtain clear running. The Investigator Connections advised that it would be the intention for the gelding to be ridden further forward today if circumstances permit. The horse was ridden accordingly. Began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped OUR LIL’ HUSSEY. Checked near the 400m after improving onto the heels of the weakening SHEBRINGS VOICE and, as a result, shifted out abruptly. Bill the Conqueror Slow to begin. Over-raced during the early stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have bled from one nostril and to also be suffering from the thumps. Gold Coast 01/09/2018
Dark Element Overraced passing the 1300m, got its head up when being restrained and had to be steadied away from the heels of DAZET. When questioned regarding the tactics adopted, jockey L. Rolls explained that the horse was fresh and overraced throughout the event and raced more forward than anticipated. When questioned regarding the horse’s overall finishing effort over the concluding stages, he said the gelding was disappointing and that the early effort may have told at the finish. Trainer B. Lockwood said that in light of today’s performance he would look to freshening up the gelding before resuming. Ipswich 28/03/2018
