Continued to overrace in the middle stages and near the 600m shifted out abruptly and then hung out rounding the home turn. Trainer K. Lloyd was advised the horse would be required to compete satisfactorily in an official prior to racing again. Miss Lloyd will consider removing the blinkers for future race starts.
