Began awkwardly. Leaving the 50 metres when runners to its inside and outside shifted ground had to be restrained, then clipped heels blundered and dislodged jockey. Prior to the declaration of correct weight stewards viewed the films and were satisfied the rider of had remained in contact with the horse’s gear until the finish line. Acting under the provisions of AR146 Stewards were satisfied with the judges semaphored numbers and Correct Weight was declared.
