Lonesome Blues Bumped by another runner on 2 occasions shortly after the start. Townsville 10/05/2018
Heart of the Mac Began awkwardly. Jockey advised stewards his mount had a tendency to hang out throughout the race, proving difficult to ride. Townsville 10/05/2018
The Barmaid Got its head down prior to the start being effected. Jump away awkwardly and lost ground. Rider J. Stanley reported that he restrained shortly after the start and shifted in to take up a position at the rear of the field close to the running rail. He was also of the opinion the horse may have come to the end of its preparation. Mackay 23/12/2017
Beau Cheval Near the 800m rolled in and ESTRELLA FELLA had to be eased. Tightened and became unbalanced near the 500m. Mackay 15/05/2018

Harjaka Near the 900m, after being slow into stride, commenced to race keenly. After being crossed by OAKFIELD COSTA, Jockey M. Haley attempted to restrain in order to come back, however he explained that the horse was difficult to respond and had over-reacted, losing ground. Mackay 15/05/2018
