Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination as the horse was racing first up after twelve months, and was passed fit to start. On return to scale, jockey K. Yoshida advised that as the horse was first up from a significant spell it would derive a significant fitness benefit from tonight’s run and, in his opinion, would also be suited by the addition of blinkers.
