Ms Fogden added today the gelding was able to settle and was ridden in a manner that allowed it to finish the race off strongly adding the step up in distance of today’s event was a contibuting factor to the improved performance. He added that, whilst he had expected an improved performance, he was somewhat surprised that it was successful today.
