BOLD ADVENTURE – When questioned regarding the disappointing performance jockey J. Lloyd stated that he had a nice trail behind SPRING TYCOON in the early and middle stages however, when placed under pressure prior to the home turn the gelding did not respond to his riding and was making an abnormal respiratory noise and immediately lost ground.  Jockey Lloyd added that he eased the gelding out of the event near the 200m and near the 100m it shied and he became unbalanced. The veterinary surgeon advised that the gelding had previously undergone throat surgery and as such a veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG must be produced and the gelding must  trial to the satisfaction of stewards prior to racing again.  Trainer T.
