Race 1: Ray White Rockhampton City Maiden Handicap- 1600 metres
JORDAN’S JET- Difficult to load
TICATIME- Slow to begin. Regarding performance, rider stated the gelding had raced flat, was under pressure in the straight and fail to run on and had proved disappointing.
HOT LOVE HIGHWAY- A little slow to begin.
SALAMENCE- Near the 1300 metres, appeared to shy, became unbalanced and took two awkward strides and lost some ground.
CHILLI CON CARNE- From the 400 metres until near the 200 metres, laid in and had difficulty obtaining clear running.
Race 2: Normie Fox Memorial BM 60 Handicap- 1400 metres
ZABEELZEBUB- Slow to begin.
STRUTTER- Slow to begin.
CHERISHTHETHOUGHT- Began awkwardly and bounded in the air on jumping. Raced wide with cover throughout.
Race 3: Ray White R’ton City Shorty Unwin Memorial BM 65 Handicap- 1300 metres
HILLCREST- Slow to begin.
DUBYAGO- Slow to begin.
STRATEGIC GLORY- Raced wide without cover throughout. Bumped near the 800 metres.
DARK ANGEL- Raced wide with cover throughout.
KILLER WASP- Near the 800 metres shifted out and bumped STRATEGIC GLORY.
Race 4: Ray White R’ton City/Carly Mae Pye Memorial Class 2 Handicap- 1050 metres
SOLO SOPRANO- Began awkwardly.
MANDALONG CATATAC- When standing awkwardly on the side of the barrier was slow to begin.
MISS HOFFA- Began awkwardly. Raced ungenerously on occasions during the middle stages. Near the 900 metres, when contacted by another runner, shifted in across heels of another runner.
FERRIGNO- Raced wide without cover throughout.
DORSAL FIN- At approximately the 900 metres, shifted out and bumped another runner. Leaving the 600 metres, laid out marginally and took SOUL SERENADE and FERRIGNO wider on the track.
SAMARAH GIRL- Near the 900 metres, was bumped by another runner, eased and made contact with a runner to its outside.
Race 5: Ray White Rockhampton City Sales BM 70 Handicap- 1100 metres
SWEET AND SAVAGE- Began awkwardly and lost ground.
ELIJAY ATOM and STANATHOL- Both shifted ground and made significant contact on jumping.
