Race 1: Hot 91.1 CG&E Class 3 HHcap 1200m
 
MUDDY ROPE Due to traffic delays, M. Cahill was substituted for P. Hammersley as the rider of the horse.  Raced wide in the early stages before being ridden forward to a position outside the lead passing the 750m.
 
SPRING TYCOON Had difficulty securing clear running between the 350m and 250m.
 
 
Race 2: Coastline BMW Class 5 HHcap 1000m
 
SILIQUA Jumped away awkwardly and made contact with another runner.. Laid out from the 600m.
 
MIRI MIRI Bumped by another runner on jumping away.
 
PRIME TARGET Steadied when placed in restricted room after passing the 600m.
 
 
 
Race 3: XXXX Gold Mares Maiden Plate 1200m
 
DONOSTIA STAR Jockey L. Tarrant reported that his mount felt awkward in its action in the hind quarters. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.
 
SHEES FAST Apprentice S. Sewell reportedd his mount, in his opinion, was demonstrating signs of being in season which, in his opinion, may have had an effect on the horsees performance.
 
CORAL SEAS -- Had difficulty securing clear running in the straight from approaching the 400m until nearing the 200m and bumped another runner on a number of occasions. R. Plumb reported that the horse felt awkward in its action in front post race. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.
 
BIA TYCHE Bumped by another runner on a number of occasions when passing the 300m.
 
 
Race 4: Yalumba Entires and Geldings Maiden Plate 1200m
 
GALLANT SAGA Jumped away awkwardly and lost significant ground.
 
HEIRSROC Slow to begin.
 
A BEAR IN THERE Overreactedd and lost significant ground after being placed in restricted room near the 900m and then raced greenly from that point onwards. M. McGillivray, rider of TIPPERARY STAR, was reprimanded for this incident.
 
KIMHORSEDASHIAN - Checked near the 900m to avoid heels.. Continued to be steadied from heels until approaching the 600m.
 
LORD ARCHER Placed in restricted room near the 900m and had to be steadied.
 
TIARNAN Raced wide from the 600m.
 
SHINING BLUE Raced wide without cover throughout.

INKY DAY Declared a late scratching at 2 pmm after being examined by the veterinary surgeon and found to have a respiratory infection.
 
 
SIDEREUS DISCORD Jumped away awkwardly and lost ground.. Held up rounding the home turn.
 
FINE VERSE Slow to begin. Laid out under pressure in the home straight.
 
MISHANI ALLURE Steadied near the 800m.
 
WICKED EXPRESS Held up rounding the home turn and until approaching the 200m.
 
TOUJOURS LLAMOUR Raced widee without cover.
 
CRYSTAL AMOR Raced wide without cover.

REAL STING Significantly slow to begin. Had difficulty obtaining clear running rounding the home turn and obliged to alter course to secure clear running near the 300m.
 
WEEKEND WINNER Slow to begin.. Trailed the field throughout and was uncompetitive.. Trainer M. Lakey was advised that a metropolitan bar would be placed on the mare until its form improved.
 
KAPSTAR Raced ungenerously when restrained in the early stages.
 
FABVIER When asked to comment on the disappointing performance, jockey J. Lloyd indicated that with the fast pace set in the middle stages the mare did not travel comfortably at any stage and failed to improve into the race rounding the home turn and was disappointing in the run to the line and, in his opinion, raced like a horse which had come to the end of its preparation.. Trainer T. Edmonds advised that the horse would now be sent for a spell.. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.
 
CANONGATE Held up rounding the home turn.
 
FINNOMONY On return to scale jockey J. Byrne reported that the horse felt short in its action following the race.. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.

DIA DE REYES Stood flatfooted at start and lost significant ground.. Connections were advised that the horse must trial satisfactorily in an official trial prior to its next race start AR8(t)
 
FIVE STUD POKER Raced wide in the early stages, and then permitted to stride forward to a position outside the lead passing the 900m.
 
BRIGHTNBREEZY Overraced in the early and middle stages.
 
UNCHARTERED Buffeted by another runner approaching the home turn.
 
MISS ARABELLA Shifted out to improve rounding the home turn and made contact with another runner on a number of occasions.
 
THORNETT Forced wider rounding the home turn.
