Rider questioned re tactics - advised instructions were to be positive and ride in a forward position. Stated in his opinion didn't think there was a lot of speed in the race and expected to be in a handy position. Trainer advised has been instructions at last couple of starts to ride in a forward position however, has been unable to do so. Trainer reminded of obligations to inform stewards of any change of tactics.
