RACE ONE

COREY WILLIAM (8)
will find this easier than anything he has taken on this campaign and despite the 2nd line gate he looks to get every chance. He found the line strongly last start after going back from gate 7 and finished 5m from LUCKY UNLUCKY. This looks his to lose.

GALAXY HUNTER (1) is a trotter taking on the pacers yet can finish in the money. He should have the early speed to hold the front and with a tidy record here on the triangle of finishing in the money inn 5 of 8 outings, he will be fighting hard.

SELECTIONS: COREY WILLIAM (8), GALAXY HUNTER (1), COBLA MADONNA (7), WEDDING NIGHT (3)
SUGGESTED BET: COREY WILLIAM (8) to win

RACE TWO

WILLSINTOWN (2) lands a gate to take full advantage after running good races from tough gates. Last start from the 8-hole he worked home in good order to finish 7m from MINI MIRACLE. 3 starts back he claimed the silver after a chequered passage. This can be his breakthrough moment.

NEVERHAVEIEVER (7) has been runner-up at her past 2 starts the latest when beaten 5m after looking to take them all the way over the sprint trip. 2 starts back she was beaten a head when grabbed right on the line and although needing a slice of luck can feature.

SELECTIONS: WILLSINTOWN (2), NEVERHAVEIEVER (7), HEADWIN (5), IFOUNDTHEBEACH (1)
SUGGESTED BET: WILLSINTOWN (2) to win

RACE THREE

SISTER FEELGOOD (1) finished 3rd when returning for her 3YO term here 4 starts back and after settling in the pocket trail was 7m from the winner ARK PATROL. Since that run she took on a strong race at AP and has drawn the 2nd line at her past 2 starts. With the gate improvement she gets her chance.

BIG BEAT (3) returns from a break after a 3 start campaign to start his 3YO term. Taking on stronger line-ups than he meets here at AP his 3rd and final run was a tidy effort when 7m from the winner MACH TORQUE. He is in the mix despite being fresh.

SELECTIONS: SISTER FEELGOOD (1), BIG BEAT (3), MILLY BROMAC (5), THANKHEAVNFORGIRLS (6)
SUGGESTED BET:  SISTER FEELGOOD (1) to win

RACE FOUR

THE AMERICAN DREAM (4)
looks to have found a winnable race here and should be nearing a fitness peak following 3 runs back from a break. Last start from gate 12 he went to the pegs at AP and was making good late metres. 2 runs back he returned a similar strong finish and he can make the closing challenge a winning attack.

SOME STONE (1) has had 3 spaced runs since returning from a long break and lands his best gate this time in. Buried away at each of the 3 starts, he has been too far back to issue a challenge. Last time he landed this gate he looked to lead throughout. He can be in the mix from this gate.

SELECTIONS: THE AMERICAN DREAM (4), SOME STONE (1), CAPTAIN CHARGE OVER (5), GLOWING COURAGE (2)
SUGGESTED BET: THE AMERICAN DREAM (4) to win

RACE FIVE

BONNIE JUJON (5) has placed at each of her past 3 starts here on the triangle and finds a race that is well within reach. Last start she found the line in good order for 3rd when 3m from the winner MR MEDDLE and 2 starts back was beaten a head. Despite a tricky gate she looks to have their measure.

LEO THE LION (1) was a winner on the grass at Kilcoy 4 starts back when finishing best of the chasing pack. He has little luck from the barriers at his next 3 and with the return to a good gate look for him to be a much sharper proposition.

SELECTIONS: BONNIE JUJON (5), LEO THE LION (1), CHEVALS DIAMOND (3), NEVAEH (9)
SUGGESTED BET: BONNIE JUJON (5) to win

RACE SIX

LATIN BEATS (1)
has been ODM at her past 2 starts after making an error from gate 3. In that race she was able to reset rather quickly in finishing 6m from MISTER HART. A long way back in the pack last start she worked home well and now she is back in the draw, she is right up to this.

MIDNIGHT BENDER (7) will be sweating on the 1 looking to hold the front to ensure he is closer to the action for when the passing lane arrives. He has now been runner-up at his past 3 in succession with the latest when beaten a head. That elusive win is getting closer.

SELECTIONS: LATIN BEATS (1), MIDNIGHT BENDER (7), ARTS PEREGRINE (2), JIMMY NGA (5)
SUGGESTED BET: LATIN BEATS (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

WEE JIMMY (1) has been taking on stronger races than wheat he meets here and with the benefit of the gate can look to hold the wide. He took on a Rising Stars series at his past 2 starts and was unable to get in the money, but with the improved gate he will find this much more suitable.

CALCAVADO (7) will be sweating on WEE JIMMY looking to hold the front -if that scenario eventuates, he will be poised and ready to strike via the passing lane. A winner 4 starts back from behind the leader, he has placed at each of his next 3 starts, the latest when 1.5m from SPONDOOLEY. He is right in this.

SELECTIONS: WEE JIMMY (1), CALCAVADO (7), SHEZABONNYGEM (4), BLACK BELT (2)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

GLENFERRIE BABY (2)
looked to take them all the way from gate 1 here 4 starts back and was leading deep into the stretch when grabbed late. Not suited from gate 6 at her next outing she then worked hard in the run from gate 4 when a 4m 2nd to HERITAGE BEACH. Finding the pegs 1st she will be gripping on.

BRONZE ECSTASY (1) used the passing lane to get within a half-head of the winner 3 starts back and followed that with a good win from gate 6 when sent forward early. From this gate he can tuck in behind the speed and be ready with the closing shot.

SELECTIONS: GLENFERRIE BABY (2), BRONZE ECSTASY (1), JAZZY ARTIST (9), THE BLACK FLASH (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-8-9
