RACE TWO

WAVEDANCER (5) has been around the money in recent starts and strikes a winnable race despite facing a tricky gate. Too far back last time off the 2^nd line, his effort here 2 starts back was solid when working in the run to grab the silver. Rolling forward he can do the work and breakthrough.

BUKTHSYSTEM (7) worked away from inside the 2^nd line here 2 starts back and chased hard to grab the bronze. Finding the pegs last start from gate 3 he had the pocket trail and worked home soundly. He will need a slice of luck from the gate but this is the type of race that he can feature in.

GRINYDONTCHA (1) features in a stable switch and will line up off a freshen for new trainer Murray Thomas. Down the line last start at Marburg, she will get the right type of trip here to place.

WILD ABOUT TOWN (8) was a winner at big odds here 5 starts back when securing the pocket trail, he finished best along the passing lane. He can look for the short-cuts against the pegs to chime in.

RACE THREE

HALF MOON BEACH (5) found the front here 4 starts back and over the sprint trip was only grabbed in the closing stages. His past few runs have seen him below that level but there can be excuses made for those with his latest a case of unable to find position. He should appreciate this line-up and claim a wide-open event.

PURE MADNESS (9) settled in the running line from this gate last start and was hitting the line strongly in the closing stages to get within2.5m of the winner FLASHING GOOD TIME. Her run 2 back was a tidy effort after striking trouble and with this no harder than last start she is in the mix.

CHANG (2) was buried away in the run last start and then with the tempo going on late struggled to run into it. From the gate he can settle handy to the speed and look to fill a minor.

KID CALVERT (1) didn’t have the cleanest run in transit last start and he faded in the latter stages in a much stronger contest behind the star filly SMART AS CAMM BE. With good early speed he has rough claims.

RACE FOUR

PHOTOZEN (2) found conditions to suit last start to end a winless streak. Settling in the pocket trail from inside the 2^nd line he found the gap in time to finish over the top and claim a 2m victory. His previous runs were in slightly harder events at AP and with the speed to lead here he can look to capitalise.

NIKALONG HENRY (6) has no favours from this gate but strikes his easiest assignment in some time. Releasing the front last start he held on for the bronze over the 2138m trip behind JUST DEAL IT when only beaten 2m. He charged home to go under a neck 2 starts back and just needs a slice of luck to take this.

ELZBOY (3) settled in the running line and found the line in good order last start when 5m from the passing lane winner RADAR HILL. Finding the line strongly from well back here 3 starts ago, he is in the mix.

TAFFY BOY (5) worked in the run here last time out and was in for the fight when grabbing 2^nd to PHOTOZEN. He will need to work again from the gate but can still be thereabouts.

RACE FIVE

GRIZZLY MONTANA (1) will take further benefit from his latest outing when 3^rd up from a break. Settling in the running line he was down the line behind the all the way winner SPECIAL RESERVE. He can do plenty things wrong and his early speed and manners may be questionable but he is worth a ticket here.

ART SUNSET (6) was game on debut when rolling forward from gate 5 to find the breeze and was in for the fight when 4m from the smart winner ETERNAL PROMISE who has since claimed another victory. Forget she went around last start after striking trouble, she can bounce back strongly here.

ALL MADNESS (8) was buried away on the pegs last time and found the line in good order to be 2m from the winner. That was a nice improvement on her previous starts and a similar effort can see her in the money.

BARBOO (2) started fav last time out at Inverell and leading them up looked to take them all the way over the 2000m trip. Setting a steady tempo, he faded out. With the right run he can chime in here.

RACE SIX

ALOT OF COST (2) will take some benefit from his run on Thurs when resuming from a break. Holding the front from gate 1 he was able to dictate in front and take them all the way for victory. He can look to get straight to the front again here and looks mighty hard to run down.

LITTLE ARROWS (7) has been doing a good job in much stronger company and if able to spot an opening with track to work with, will be in the mix. She found the line nicely last start when 5m from JOVIAL JULIE and her previous 3 have been behind ESCALERA twice and SMART AS CAMM BE. With the luck a win would be earned.

OUR ULTIMATE VICKI (8) wasn’t suited when forced to face the breeze outside ALOT OF COST last start and she faded out. The start prior she run into the smart TROJAN BANNER and with the right early trail has podium claims.

OUR MASQUERADE (1) was resuming from a spell last time out and nothing went right and that saw her banished to the trials. Earning her ticket back to the track she can get a soft trip here.

RACE SEVEN

TELLELLA (2) will take good benefit from her 1`st up run when using the passing lane to get within 6m of the winner NIGHT NINJA. That was her 1^st outing for the season with her 3YO season showing consistent form with a top-3 in 11 of 17 outings. From the gate she can look to fire the 1^st shot.

SIXPENNY RED (6) rolled forward to the breeze from this gate last time out and after working in the run faded in the latter stages. Her run 2 starts back over the AP mile was a nice effort when leading them up chasing down the back straight and with even luck from the gate is in the mix here.

ENARMOURED (4) went to the front here last start from gate 2 and looked to take them all the way. Grabbed in the closing stages she held on for the silver. Not far away in recent starts she is right in the fight here.

KEARNEY LANE (7) should find this a little easier than what she has been meeting in recent starts and with the early options from the gate can find a handy position. A winner here 4 starts back when leading throughout, she can be in the money.
