Champion sire Love Conquers All will return to Queensland this year to stand at Clear Mountain Fairview on the Darling Downs.

The stallion was retired in April 2012, with a career record of 24 starts for eight wins and seven minor placings, earning more than $1 million in prize money along the way.

In retirement, the now 13-year-old was crowned the champion Australian first season sire, as well as the champion Queensland sire for first, second and third seasons.

“This is a serious horse that has a proven breeding record,” Clear Mountain Fairview Stud Principal Bob Frappell said.

“Love Conquers All is a Queenslander through and through and it is great to have him return to the sunshine state.”

The three-time Group race winner has already sired a number of stars including the five-time Stakes winner Savanna Amour and two-time Group 3 winner I’m A Rippa.

“He will be instantly recognised and a great choice for mare owners for the 2020 breeding season,” Frappell said.

“We look forward to Love Conquers All arriving at the farm and cannot wait to start covering in the coming season.”

Love Conquers All had previously stood in Victoria at the highly respected Sun Stud, alongside 2013 Melbourne Cup winner Fiorente.

“We are very pleased with the outcome,” Sun Stud Managing Director Danielle Cheng said.

“We have been able to negotiate with all parties involved and can confirm a reduced service fee for 2020 that will ensure Queensland breeders can afford to support this wonderful sire.

“It should be noted that Love Conquers All has 64 winners and 100 wins this season.

“The only Queensland based sire with more winners is Spirit Of Boom (66 winners and 82 wins), and no stallion in the state has more progeny wins to their name than Love Conquers All in 2019/20”.

Clear Mountain Fairview will stand Love Conquers All at $5,500.
