Racing Queensland confirms that following the abandonment of the final three races at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club race meeting yesterday, Sunday April 4, an additional race has been programmed for the same club’s race meeting next Sunday, April 11. It is:
- Maiden Handicap, 1000m, $22,000
Nominations for this race and indeed all races on this program will close at 11:00am tomorrow, Tuesday April 6.

RQ will also continue to give consideration to the next week’s SEQ racing program in the event that today’s Brisbane Racing Club race meeting at Doomben is affected by weather to the extent that any further races are lost.
