RACE TWO

It has been over 18 months since he tasted victory, but SO KOOL MASTER (5) might just be able to turn that around in this line up. Buried in the run over the 2040m last start when only 6m from INFATUATION, his effort three back behind BEAU CISHOLM had merit. Despite the gate he can get back on the board.

SHADYS DELIGHT (3) was buried three back against the poles here three starts back and when the gaps presented, was charging home to finish 2m in arrears of BEACH MAGIC. With the perfect trip in behind the speed here last start, he made the closing shot a winner and can challenge again here.

ITS SUPER EASY (2) resumes from a spell after being shut down following a down the line performance in early February. Runner-up two starts back, he has the gate to feature fresh.

SWEET JASMINE (4) was building towards a win after a pair of successive placings and found the race last start at Marburg when sweeping home to score. With even luck she is a podium hope again.

SELECTIONS: SO KOOL MASTER (5), SHADYS DELIGHT (3), ITS SUPER EASY (2), SWEET JASMINE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: SO KOOL MASTER (5) to win

RACE THREE

After tackling some stronger opponents in recent outings, ROCKNROLL TIMES (4) should appreciate this level of battle. Chasing along the poles behind the smart SUMOMENTSOMEWHERE last start, he faded after setting the speed as SAGINAW arrived two back. This looks well within his grasp.

RAANI (6) was stamped urgent from this same gate last start and was able to take up the running and from the front keep them chasing for a smart win in good time over the sprint trip. Ending her chances before they started the start prior with a gate break, she can throw down a challenge again.

ITS BACK PAGE NEWS (2) resumes from a spell to kick off her 3YO term after a 2YO season that returned four wins and three minors. Fresh up with no trial, she should improve with added fitness.

MIGHTY GEORGE (5) was taken back from gate 4 last start to settle at the rear before making some nice metres over the closing stages wide off the track. The gate again stings his chances.

SELECTIONS: ROCKNROLL TIMES (4), RAANI (6), ITS BACK PAGE NEWS (2), MIGHTY GEORGE (5)
SUGGESTED BET:ROCKNROLL TIMES (4) to win

RACE FOUR

With seven of his eight career victories recorded on this deck, THE CASUAL GOOSE (3) lands a favourable alley to be up near the speed. Runner-up here two starts back when gunned down by subsequent winner LANOCH BOY, he was beaten by gate 9 last time. He can strike in an open affair.

HEARTBREAK (5) had been returning some handy efforts and looked to be building towards victory and was able to frank that assessment last start at Marburg. Overcoming the second line he was sent forward to sit parked before pulling clear to a big 20m winning margin. He can throw it down again.

OUR FRIEND (4) is yet to hit the board in three attempts here at The Triangle and has now passed 12 months since he last tasted victory. Conditions do look more suitable this time for him to feature.

HOLDINGNO CURRENCY (8) will be requiring a slice of luck as he looks in danger of being buried in the run from this alley. A winner from the 1x1 trail here two starts back, he will be probing.

SELECTIONS: THE CASUAL GOOSE (3), HEARTBREAK (5), OUR FRIEND (4), HOLDINGNO CURRENCY (8)
SUGGESTED BET: THE CASUAL GOOSE (3) to win

RACE FIVE

After a tough 3rd here four starts back when sent to the chair, ROLLONX (5) has been able to build on his results with successive wins followed by a 2nd to I AM SPARTA here last week. Overcoming the second line with the second of the wins two starts back, he finds conditions to claim another victory.

TACTFILLY MIRACLE (7) was sent to the front from gate 5 last week and was trying to claim an all the way win. A sapping opening panel of 28.3 left her out of bullets at the top of the stretch as she wilted. Placed her previous three in succession, she will be probing for the gaps to challenge.

CIRCLE LINE (1) was too far back in the pack last start at Marburg after being allowed to float back in the early stages. Runner-up his previous two in succession when closer to the action, the gate helps.

CALL ME TRISH (9) faces a nice class drop into this grade. Down the line in a strong mare’s race last start, it followed a midfield finish in that same grade, and she can show up in this.

SELECTIONS: ROLLONX (5), TACTFILLY MIRACLE (7), CIRCLE LINE (1), CALL ME TRISH (9)
SUGGESTED BET: ROLLONX (5) to win

RACE SIX

After looming into the contest on the home turn last start, TURN TURN FLYER (2) couldn’t finish it off in the stretch when midfield behind OUR EDUARDO DENARIO. Grabbing 3rd when a beaten favourite here two starts back, he has the gate to look for the victory.

SONNY ORLANDO (5) was large in victory here last week when sent to the front from the four-hole and rolling along in front pulled away for an effortless 32m victory. Claiming his first win for some time with the victory, the added confidence and with this not being much tougher, can repeat.

TULHURST LOVER (8) was a winner here four starts back when grinding out a tough victory from the breeze but has not really gone on with it since that victory. She can be sharper in this line up.

NAUGHTYINHEAVEN (4) has good early hustle and from this gate can fire some early bullets to gain a forward position. Grabbed late by subsequent winner ALWAYS AT NIGHT last start, she has claims.

SELECTIONS: TURN TURN FLYER (2), SONNY ORLANDO (5), TULHURST LOVER (8), NAUGHTYINHEAVEN (4)
SUGGESTED BET: TURN TURN FLYER (2) to win

RACE EIGHT

GOTTA DREAM (4)
has the race experience to call on and brings a last start 3rd when locked away from inside the second line. Chasing hard behind the winner ACE LOMBO, it followed a sound effort at Marburg behind MANNI MANNI. He looms large in this contest.

EYEDUNNO (3) is a Changeover filly on debut for Darren Weeks out of the Redcliffe Oaks winner Montana Tess. Not asked for a great deal in a qualifying trial behind more experienced types, she has the gate and is from the right barn to make a strong challenge in this line up.

MISTER GALVINATOR (5) was wide for a long way last start when starting from gate 9 to finish midfield. The ODM embargo came from two starts back, with a chance to podium in this line up.

DESTINY BLUES (1) was beaten by a second line gate at Marburg on Wednesday when wide off the track over the latter stages. The improved alley is a big help to her chances here.

SELECTIONS: GOTTA DREAM (4), EYEDUNNO (3), MISTER GALVINATOR (5), DESTINY BLUES (1)
SUGGESTED BET:
