The Warwick TC will conduct a replacement non-Tab race meeting on Saturday, December 18 following the abandonment of the Chinchilla RC non-Tab Cup race meeting previously scheduled for that date.
The heavy rainfall recorded recently at Chinchilla has seen damage (in the form of sink holes) to the Chinchilla track at two separate areas causing the track to be unsuitable for racing. This follows on from previously abandoned race meetings at Goondiwindi and Texas in December.
Prize money and the race program for the rescheduled Warwick TC race meeting will be as was advertised for the Chinchilla RC meeting, with minor changes to race distances necessary. The amended race program is:
