RACE TWO

This race appears to be a nice race for SAILOR GIRL (5) a New South Wales pacer  prepared by visiting trainer Dennis Picker. The Sportswriter filly should press forward and prove too tough for these after a strong victory at Junee three starts ago and two tough runs here at Redcliffe she should be just about right for this.

FLEETING FEELGOOD (2) a former New South Wales pacer, now under the care of Chloe Butler, had some nice form around the competitive Riverina tracks and with some nice trial form here presents as a fair chance.

MULLUM BOY (8) did not have much luck here at Redcliffe last time around and put in a really tough performance the start prior.

DIGYOURHEELSIN (9) won here narrowly two ago and then ran into a smart winner last time arounf. She wont be $51 here in this.

SELECTIONS: FLEETING FEELGOOD (2), SAILOR GIRL (5), MULLUM BOY (8), DIGYOURHEELSIN (9)

SUGGESTED BET:  SAILOR GIRL (5) to win

RACE THREE

With any form of luck GUTS (7) should get the sprint lane and be able to take full advantage in this race. The evergreen nine-year-old follows a speedy beginner and exhibited some nice form last time around when second after doing some tough work here.

PATCHWORK JET (4) loves the triangle where all of his ten career victories have been and gets back to the front-line in this event here.

TRUMP EM BABE (6) won in very easy fashion from the same draw at Albion Park last start against similar opponents and appears as one of the main chances here.

TURN TURN FLYER (9) hasn't had much luck with barrier draws of late and comes up with a similar gate here, but will be charging home at the end.

SELECTIONS: GUTS (7), PATCHWORK JET (4), TRUMP EM BABE (6), TURN TURN FLYER (9)
SUGGESTED BET: GUTS (7) each way

RACE FOUR

GINATIANO (1) can be a little hit and miss but in saying that she has had here excuses. The major thing with her is she comes in with gate one in this assignment and will get every concievable with young-gun Angus Garrard in the spider. She was narrowly defeated here three back as a $1.35 favourite but bounced back the next time around before finishing down the track last time around. Take her on trust.

BELLAVICTREE (7) will gain a great run in transit behind the likely leader and scored at Albion Park under those circumstances last time around in nice fashion. The only query is will she, being the winner of Maiden Pace, out-sprint the six times winner?

FRANCO NANDOR (4) is a former New Zealand pacer now under the care of the astute Alistair Barnes. Tactics will be important at the start as the best Queensland effort, of only three, was when he went forward from a deeper gate at Albion Park to lead.

GET READY TO ROCK (8) is absolutely loving conditions here in Queensland with some really nice efforts at both Albion Park and here from better draws but in a tough race can feature if the speed is on early.

SELECTIONS: GINATIANO (1), BELLAVICTREE (7), FRANCO NANDOR (4), GET READY TO ROCK (8)
SUGGESTED BET: 1-4-7-8 exotic

RACE FIVE

MY ULTIMATE BONDI (5) hasn't won since November last year but did some nice work late in a 28.3 last quarter to get near GET READY TO ROCK last time around at Albion Park. A repeated effort will see the son of SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE back in the winners circle for Chloe Butler.

BONDI SHAKE (8) is another pacer with form around GET READY TO ROCK with a nice third here at Redcliffe two starts ago. The Alistair Barnes pacer will get a nice run from this draw and follows a speedy beginner.

BETTOR SPORT (9) has been plagued by bad draws but can land a moving line trail from this gate and can fill a slot for the Dixon stable.

MONTANA EXPRESS (6) got a long way back here last time around but should be peaking third up from a spell.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE BONDI (5), BONDI SHAKE (8), BETTOR SPORT (9), MONTANA EXPRESS (6)

SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE BONDI (5) to win

RACE SIX

SHEZ GOT BLING (3) has exhibited career best form in her latest five attempts which include three victories- two here and one at The Creek as an odds-on favourite. She didn't have much luck last time around there when getting to the line nicely when third. She gets back to a better draw here in this.

MISTER DECORUM (1) won from a deep gate here over this trip last start. Superbly drawn to either lead these again or gain a nice sit and utilise the sprint lane.

THANKHEAVNFORGIRLS (7) has a nice draw for this assignment behind the likely on speed runner. She likes to come with one sprint and has utilised the sprint lane with success in filling slots here the last few starts.

MOONLIGHT BUTCHER (6) is another off speed runner with a draw to suit. A nice win here on Sunday night was recorded from behind the leader and has won here coming with one last sprint before, will be doing the same here.

SELECTIONS: SHEZ GOT BLING (3), MISTER DECORUM (1), THANKHEAVNFORGIRLS (7), MOONLIGHT BUTCHER (6)

SUGGESTED BET: SHEZ GOT BLING (3) to win

RACE SEVEN

Despite OUR BOY BOBBY (3) being the veteran of only five career starts and taking on much more experienced opponents he looks the horse to defeat. He is well schooled around “The triangle” where he is prepared by Bianca Hooper- in fact all of his starts have been on his home track where he has won the two races in really nice fashion. He is drawn to go forward and has plenty of upside to suggest he is “on the way up”.

BARKWAY ARNOLD (8) won a heat of the Trot Rods series on final night back in May. He has placed in three starts since and should be firing forward at some stage during this race.

ROYAL OBSESSION (6) came from off the pace to score from a similar gate here last start and appears as a good place bet again from the smart stable.

BETTING BARON (7) put the hat trick of victories together here a few starts ago and never runs a bad race at his favourite track.

SELECTIONS: OUR BOY BOBBY (3), BARKWAY ARNOLD (8), ROYAL OBSESSION (6), BETTING BARON (7)

SUGGESTED BET: OUR BOY BOBBY (3) to win

RACE EIGHT

JILLIBY JACKPOT (3) is the likely leader in this race and won from a similar draw here in nice time two starts ago. An eight times winner from 52 he looks a good bet on the card here for the Garrard team.

ROCKNROLL DUDE (9) slotted in on the moving line here last time around when victorious as a $51 chance. Likely to be back in the moving line and in a similar position he can fill a slot again here.

GLENLEDI BOY (8) exhibited a really nice performance at Albion Park three starts ago and the former Victorian, who is now under the care of Melissa Gillies, is having his first look at Redlciffe. He appears to be a place chance if he gets luck in running.

OUR LITTLE DIGGER (6) is drawn wide here but has placed from similar draws this track and distance in recent starts.

SELECTIONS: JILLIBY JACKPOT (3), ROCKNROLL DUDE (9), GLENLEDI BOY (8), OUR LITTLE DIGGER (6)

SUGGESTED BET: JILLIBY JACKPOT (3) to win

RACE NINE

This is a good race.

KAYNE CRUSADER (9) is a former Newcastle pacer which has some handy NSW form and some great form here at Redcliffe including being the runner up behind a handy one here on Sunday night. Despite the second line draw he can be amongst them at the end again.

VENUS JUJON (2) gets in with a nice draw here and is a four times winner on this track. This is the best draw for some time and will be punching forward at the start and one would suggest he'll be in front for a long way here.

JUST JOSHIN (1) courtesy of the one marble and the likelihood of a nice run in transit can fill a place after placing in two of last four.

BELLA BALL TERROR (3) is a southern-raider for Dennis Picker and an eleven times winner from just 48 with some nice performances around the Riverina.

SELECTIONS: KAYNE CRUSADER (9), VENUS JUJON (2), JUST JOSHIN (1), BELLA BALL TERROR (3)

SUGGESTED BET: 1-2-3-9 exotics

RACE TEN

The Turnbull stable is having a great northern trip and is likely to gain another victory here with AWHOLELOTOFPRETTY (5) who is having its first Queensland start this trip. The three year old Sunshine Beach filly appeared here at Redcliffe this time last year on one occasion.. for the win. Expected to do the same here.

WATTS UP LETSPLAY (2) is a former Tamworth pacer now with Lachie Manzlemann who is having great success with the ex NSW horses. This Shadow Play mare has some nice Newcastle form.

TYPHOON TORQUE (1) is likely to be on the speed here for Turpon-McMullen Racing and will have every chance to place.

ROCKINDOWNUNDER (3) hasn't won since joining the Dixon stable but has some nice Penrith form prior and can place if repeats the efforts two and five ago.

SELECTIONS: AWHOLELOTOFPRETTY (5), WATTS UP LETSPLAY (2) ,TYPHOON TORQUE (1), ROCKINDOWNUNDER (3)

SUGGESTED BET: AWHOLELOTOFPRETTY (5) to win
