Racing Queensland confirms that the Warwick TC race meeting on Sunday July 4 has been postponed and rescheduled to Wednesday July 7.
The decision to postpone the meeting has been made following a track inspection, the outcome of which was the determination that the racing surface will not recover sufficiently (from a rain deluge) for Sunday’s race meeting to proceed.
The meeting has however been rescheduled and will now take place on Wednesday July 7, with the same race fields retained and scratchings reinstated. Sky is now undertaking the process of producing race times for the meeting. The fees applicable to any horses scratched as a consequence of the meeting’s reschedule will be waived by RQ.
