RACE ONE

RAZZLEME DAZZLEME (5) settled off the speed before charging home on debut to score a narrow victory right on the wire. Sent to the post as the favourite off the back of that victory second up, he made a costly error, ending his chances. Trotting cleanly in the small field, he can descend on them.

NELLIE JOY (1) has placed in both starts to date, the latest when just a head from the winner after being tucked away quietly in the run. Doing it tougher at her first attempt, she can be up near the action again in position to open the account.

MISS MEMPHIS (4) was into stride and taken to the front on debut and leading them into the stretch when collared late by subsequent winner SUSAN IS HER NAME. Manners will help her cause.

SELECTIONS: RAZZLEME DAZZLEME (5), NELLIE JOY (1), MISS MEMPHIS (4)
SUGGESTED BET: RAZZLEME DAZZLEME (5) to win

RACE TWO

A five-time winner in the South Island of NZ, KING OF THE NORTH (9) makes his first Aus appearance for Chantal Turpin and has stepped out once local in readiness. That was a tidy effort where he looped them after being safely away. A winner two starts back, he can strike fresh.

DOWN UNDER RORS (12) is well suited in this grade and was tracking home strongly here last time out from the 40m tape to be just 2m from the winner. Down the line in his previous two starts against tougher rated performers, a return to 30m in this company can see him challenge.

MAJESTIC SPEED (8) made a starting error that made her task almost impossible last week as she trailed the field home. Starting errors have hindered her recent efforts but she can improve.

WILLIS GRAHAM (5) is a newcomer to Qld, arriving with Brian McCall from NZ as a one-time winner. A half-brother to JANSSON, he trialled soundly in readiness for his first race in 12 months.

SELECTIONS: KING OF THE NORTH (9), DOWN UNDER RORS (12), MAJESTIC SPEED (8), WILLIS GRAHAM (5)
SUGGESTED BET: KING OF THE NORTH (9) to win

RACE THREE

Placed in all three career attempts thus far, MIKI MAGIC (4) finds her opportunity to get on the board. Runner-up on debut after finishing just a head from FOR REAL LIFE, she was banished to an ODM status at her next two, where she was still close up to the winner. This looks within reach.

CRADOCK (3) brings the most experience to this contest as he still searches for the maiden breaking victory. Sent around the field to sit parked at Redcliffe last start, he was working hard in the run and was just a half-head away. With early hustle, he can find a forward position to make a challenge.

SKY BLU (2) is a Sweet Lou filly on debut for Jason Carkeet that has performed well in two trials in readiness for her debut. From the tight alley, she is in the mix first up.

UPROAR (5) is the big query, stepping out for the Ben Battle stable following his arrival from NZ without a race appearance. The Hes Watching colt has had no local hit outs and stays under watch.

SELECTIONS: MIKI MAGIC (4), CRADOCK (3), SKY BLU (2), UPROAR (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FOUR

Starting from inside the second line last time out, AUNTY BELLA (5) secured the prefect trailing trip when the one horse moved off the poles to give her the saloon passage behind the speed. Making the most of her chance to arrive for the prize, it followed a smart 2nd at Redcliffe, and this looks within reach.

TEDDY FEELS GOOD (9) caught the eye at his first run back from a spell after easing from gate 7 and settling back in the poles, was attacking the line smartly in the closing stages. Claiming a qualifier three starts back at Redcliffe, he can trail through to secure a spot here and issue a challenge.

JACKS N JAZZ (2) was a winner here four starts back at the mile when swooping over the top from back in the pack to score. Well covered in all three starts since, he can be sharper from this gate.

RYANS GANGSTER (8) found the gaps to finish with victory in a 70Heat at The Triangle two runs back and then from the pocket trail did well to grab 2nd to SLIP THE HUNDY after being caught behind a tiring leader. He will be probing here.

SELECTIONS: AUNTY BELLA (5), TEDDY FEELS GOOD (9), JACKS N JAZZ (2), RYANS GANGSTER (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FIVE

With three runs back from a break pushing him close to full fitness, O B LEGAL (1) looks set to enjoy the prefect trip in behind the speed here. Placed in all three return efforts, he has chased TEDDY DISCO through the Redcliffe Sales Series at his past two and with the trip can take his shot.

MI FURIOSO TORO (2) was beaten by a second line barrier last time out when settled in the running line but unable to make a play as KOWHAI BLAZE took the prize. Grabbed in the closing strides here two starts back when beaten a neck, he can fire out and setting the tempo give them the target.

BETTING ORIGIN (5) has placed at his past four in succession, the latest when starting from gate 10 and trying to launch a closing raid when chasing the smart winner BONNIE PRINCE LOUIS.

GOING GREAT GUNS (9) was sent around them from this gate to sit parked last time out and with a slick 27.6 down the back, was out of bullets turning for home. An easier time early will suit.

SELECTIONS: O B LEGAL (1), MI FURIOSO TORO (2), BETTING ORIGIN (5), GOING GREAT GUNS (9)
SUGGESTED BET: O B LEGAL (1) to win

RACE SIX

Making his first appearance in Aus for the McCarthy stable, CANTFINDABETTORMAN (8) arrives from NZ a three-time winner. Trialling at Redcliffe with a potential Redcliffe Derby mission on the horizon, he bypassed that feature to start his campaign in this contest and looks to have the class.

LEANDER (10) was sent to the front last time out in the Fillies Breeders Consolation over the 2138m trip and after a steady time early, was gunned down in the closing stages to be 5m in deficit, holding on for 2nd. Swooping over the top to score two runs back, a return to the mile aids her chances.

TORQUE TO THE MUSIC (9) started from this same gate last time out and was making good metres in the closing stages to get within a head of the winner. With the right trail, he can join in.

KORLOFF NOIR (3) has the flashing query lights, taking his first Qld appearance after crossing the Tasman. Winless in 10 attempts, he tackles some experienced performers here but joining the Turpin stable, warrants respect.

SELECTIONS: CANTFINDABETTORMAN (8), LEANDER (10), TORQUE TO THE MUSIC (9), KORLOFF NOIR (3)
SUGGESTED BET: CANTFINDABETTORMAN (8) to win

RACE EIGHT

A RAINBOW DANCER (3) started from inside the second line last time out and was soon hemmed away and neve saw the space as BONNIE PRINCE LOUIS carved it out in front. Taking control and then collared up the passing lane by WOODLEA DIEGO two runs back, this looks within reach.

GOLDEN LACE (1) was asked for too much last start when sent forward from gate 4 at Redcliffe and after a tough trip outside the leader, folded up under the workload. Asked to sit parked the start prior, she should appreciate the inside alley options here to issue a challenge.

BONNIES DANCE (8) was asked to do it the tough way last start at Redcliffe when sitting parked and despite tackling far more experienced campaigners, she was just 3m in arrears. A cosy trip here suits.

DANCINTOTHEBEAT (4) will likely be a long way back but can be rattling home in the closing stages. Only 6m away last start when no gaps appeared, look for her swooping.

SELECTIONS: A RAINBOW DANCER (3), GOLDEN LACE (1), BONNIES DANCE (8), DANCINTOTHEBEAT (4)
SUGGESTED BET: A RAINBOW DANCER (3) to win

RACE NINE

resuming from a spell and having his first run on this deck last time out, MY ULTIMATE BILLY (4) was sent forward from gate 4 to take control of proceedings. Running at a good clip, his fitness gave, and he was unable to see it out when 5m in deficit. Fitter for the outing, he can bounce back in this.

BONNIE PRINCE LOUIS (8) got it all wrong at his first appearance here at The Creek when jumping a shadow and ending his chances when in front of the field. Atoning last start with a dominant all the way victory with a 7m margin, he will be requiring a slice of luck from this gate.

ISOLATION (9) was building towards a victory and franked that assessment with a win on The Triangle last start after grinding it out. With the right trip, he can feature again here.

LETSPLAYUNI (1) will be stepping up in grade here but comes up with the ideal gate for his pattern. A runner-up here two starts back in a similar type of contest, he will be probing late.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE BILLY (4), BONNIE PRINCE LOUIS (8), ISOLATION (9), LETSPLAYUNI (1)
SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE BILLY (4) to win

RACE TEN

Copping the outside front line alley at his first appearance in Qld last week, DUKKAH (3) was dragged to the rear and back on the poles before picking off some late metres behind the winner ONE BIG SHEW. Runner-up at Bathurst two starts back, settling closer to the action will be a big plus.

CHAMONIX (1) is yet to land a breakthrough this season and last start from gate 4 was snagged off the arm to settle back against the markers. Hitting the line nicely his last 100m, he comes up with his best gate for a while and with all the options gets a chance to turn things around.

JENDEN STRIKE (8) had not really fired this campaign until tackling the 2138m trip here on Friday and pressing on with it, worked to the front and then held them off the score. She will be searching for the gaps.

PERFECT CUT (2) settled in the 1x1 trail here last time after facing a second line barrier and making late metres was just a half-head from the winner. With early hustle, he can feature.

SELECTIONS: DUKKAH (3), CHAMONIX (1), JENDEN STRIKE (8), PERFECT CUT (2)
SUGGESTED BET: DUKKAH (3) to win

RACE ELEVEN

Runner-up from the pocket trail behind the dictating ITS MR CLOONEY two starts back, ROCK BOTTOM (10) was near the rear of the pack last start. However, that does not tell the tale, with JILLIBY KUNG FU taking the win, his individual sectionals in chasing broke the hands off the clock. If close enough, he can strike.

OHOKA JIMMY (1) tackled a Band5 contest last time and slammed with gate 10 was always facing a task as DELIGHTFUL DUDE landed the prize. Just 8m away in that contest, he was runner-up his previous two in succession and with the easy trip against the markers, can throw it down in this.

KEY LARGO (7) started form gate 4 over the mile last time out and taking the trail was just 2m from the winner FRANCO HAMPTON. With slippery early moves, he can fire out, but his 2138m record is the concern.

LETS KATCHMEIFUCAN (11) was hemmed away against the poles last start and never really got a decent crack at them. Strong to the line two runs back when wide off the track, he can work into this.

SELECTIONS: ROCK BOTTOM (10), OHOKA JIMMY (1), KEY LARGO (7), LETS KATCHMEIFUCAN (11)
SUGGESTED BET: ROCK BOTTOM (10) to win
