RACE TWO

This is a tough race for horses searching for form where RISKY BUZINESS (6) can offer the stats edge to score. Luckless last start at Redcliffe when buried in the run, he is the only horse with a win at its past 9 starts and the only horse in the field to have won a race here at The Creek. He can look to nullify the gate.

BEYOND A SHADOW (5) has shown some improvement to finish 2nd at 2 of her past 3 starts after losing her way somewhat. Using the passing lane to dart through for the silver last start, she was chasing from a similar position 3 starts back and can look to chime in at some stage here.

CHEYENNE AUTUMN (2) set the tempo in front last start over the 1780m at The Triangle and was gripping on until nabbed in the last strides by FEELING THE POWER. With early speed, she will be in a forward spot.

DATSINAHURRI (7) has not hit the board in 5 appearances here and is not aided by the outside gate. Sent to the breeze last start from the 2nd line, she might just have a ticket for the minor prize.

SELECTIONS: RISKY BUZINESS (6), BEYOND A SHADOW (5), CHEYENNE AUTUMN (2), DATSINAHURRI (7)
SUGGESTED BET: RISKY BUZINESS (6) to win

RACE THREE

OUR ULTIMATE BONNY (4)
was still looking to find a way clear from 2 starts back when she landed inside the 2nd line over the Redcliffe 1780m last start. Probing for gaps after being pinned away, she chimed in to grab the silver. Attacking the line hard here 3 starts back when beaten an eyelash, she can capitalise.

BONNIES A ROCKIN (3) resumes from a spell to kick off her 3YO term after a 3-start 2YO season that netted a placing and a last start victory. Sent straight to the front to lead throughout for a smart win, she has been to the trials to open the pipes in readiness for her return and can strike fresh.

OUR BOY ROY (6) is getting closer to a breakthrough win after another close finish on Friday to make it 3 from 3 as the runner-up since arriving in Qld. The gate does him no favours here, but he can chime in.

GLITTER STRIP (5) was 2nd up from a break on Friday when he was not entirely comfortable. Fitter from the outing after finishing down the line at his return, he can be thereabouts in this line-up.

SELECTIONS: OUR ULTIMATE BONNY (4), BONNIES A ROCKIN (3), OUR BOY ROY (6), GLITTER STRIP (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FOUR

THE RAGNBONE MAN (1) has been without a celebratory drink for a while, the drought extending back to May last year. Gunned down up the passing lane last start, he has the early hustle to take control here. Runner-up in 3 of his past 4 starts and coming up with this alley, he looks to get every chance to land the loot.

LANCELOT BROMAC (6) was sent to the breeze last start a place he had not been asked to go for some time. Still whacking away when midfield to CHAINLINC, it followed a strong close when within 4m of the winner. Finding position cheaply will be key to his chances and limiting the burn can see him close hard.

COPPICE (5) racked up another minor last start when setting the tempo in front before being gunned down in the closing stages by CHAINLINC. Game from the breeze the start prior, he can be thereabouts again.

KAY NORA SHANNON (4) secured the perfect trip in behind the speed at Redcliffe last start and when the passing lane presented to her shot to score. With 2 wins and 2 minors in her past 5, she can chime in again.

SELECTIONS: THE RAGNBONE MAN (1), LANCELOT BROMAC (6), COPPICE (5), KAY NORA SHANNON (4)
SUGGESTED BET: THE RAGNBONE MAN (1) to win

RACE FIVE

This looks a great little race made intriguing with TALENT TO SPARE (8) drawing off the 2nd line. Returning from a let-up last start, she was sent straight to the front from gate 2 and kept the power on throughout in a slick new PB mile of 1.53.1. Doing plenty of work the start prior when 2nd, her 4 wins have come when leading, can she add a chasing win to the tally.

LAST PLACE LUCY (1) will take further experience from her latest appearance when having just her 3rd race outing and 2nd since returning from a spell. Holding the pocket trail last start, she was best of the chasers behind her high-powered stablemate BIG WHEELS. With gate 1 again, she can be looking to offer.

SCOTCH EN ICE (4) was setting the tempo here on Friday and led every stride bar when the judge called a halt to be beaten a lip. Lighting the lamps from gate 1 here 2 starts back, he opened them up in a 27.6 1st panel and then controlled it thereafter to score a 5m victory. He can be right in the fight.

GINGER MICKY (7) will take good benefit from his return to the track last week when 1st up since July. Starting fav from gate 6 over the 2138m, he was strong to the line to grab the bronze and can chime in again.

SELECTIONS: TALENT TO SPARE (8), LAST PLACE LUCY (1), SCOTCH EN ICE (4), GINGER MICKY (7)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-4-7-8

RACE SIX

CLASSIE AMERICAN (7)
settled in the running line last start before searching for inside runs to the line when 4m from PACIFIC DRUMS in a slippery mile. Sent to the breeze from this gate here 2 starts back when trying to fight on, he looks to get into this race nicely and can look to nullify the alley.

DATITUDE (5) started fav 2 runs back over the 2138m from gate 1 and burrowed through to hold them out. Looking to keep the power running, he was grabbed in the last strides through a 55.7 closing half as NEWPORT DREAMZ made the closing dive a winner. He can throw down the challenge in this.

JAY TEE TYRON (8) started from gate 1 last start and from the pocket trail was not that far from the winner SIR JULIAN. This is easier and if he can find space with track to play with, will be in the mix.

LORIMER LADY (1) has placed in 3 of her past 4 starts, the latest when angled to the pegs and taking inside runs to grab the bronze. Only a half-head away 2 starts back, she can be probing for a placing.

SELECTIONS: CLASSIE AMERICAN (7), DATITUDE (5), JAY TEE TYRON (8), LORIMER LADY (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

HELLO ITS ME (7)
has won a pair of races in her past 4 starts when starting from wide gates over the 2138m trip. Pressing forward and rolling the sleeves last start, she was too gritty in claiming a first over victory. Charging home the start prior over the mile after making an early error, she can look to overcome the alley.

FLAME LADY (1) was 1st up from a freshen last start when landing gate 7 and retreating early to secure position. Making some metres in the closing stages for a midfield finish, she was required to work overtime in the breeze here 2 starts back. With the improved gate, she gets the chance to challenge.

DOCTA FEELGOOD (3) shoots for the hat-trick after successive Redcliffe victories when leading throughout in both. Never in doubt last start with a strong 57.3 closing 800m, he is in the fight.

OUR ULTIMATE HANNA (5) was pinned down on the pegs 2 runs back and fired up when probing for a gap to be 5m from the swooping COOL AND CALCULATING. Luckless last time out, she is right in the mix.

SELECTIONS: HELLO ITS ME (7), FLAME LADY (1), DOCTA FEELGOOD (3), OUR ULTIMATE HANNA (5)
SUGGESTED BET: HELLO ITS ME (7) to win

RACE EIGHT

CASINO TOMMY (7)
was sent forward from the 2nd line here last week to get up outside the leader over the 2138m trip. With the power on throughout, he did not shirk the task when holding 2nd as SHORTYS MATE descended upon them in the closing stages. Brutal in the breeze the start prior, the front line helps, and he can look to monster them.

SAM IS PERFECTION (9) eased from gate 7 last start and could not get into the contest in the closing stages as SHORTYS MATE found clear air to charge home to score. Attacking the line in fine style the start prior when 2nd to CASINO TOMMY in a sizzling mile, he can press through and look for a closing play.

RUN BOY RUN (1) has not had much luck in landing a gate recently, the latest when also copping some interference in the run from gate 10. With the improved alley, he can be in the mix.

IMA TOP TYCOON (3) was beaten by gate 6 here 2 starts back and backed that up with a smart effort on Friday when not that far from the winner. With early bullets to fire, he can settle handy to feature in this.

SELECTIONS: CASINO TOMMY (7), SAM IS PERFECTION (9), RUN BOY RUN (1), IMA TOP TYCOON (3)
SUGGESTED BET: CASINO TOMMY (7) to win

RACE NINE

LILAC FLASH (7)
has the wide gate to negotiate but in a race where the tempo looks set to be strong, he has the closing power to arrive. He was making a closing play to the wide gate to grab the silver over the 2138m here on Sat night which followed a luckless outing against the FFA runners. Will be swooping hard.

AT WEST POINT (1) will need to hustle hard off the arm if he is to hold them wide, but if able to muster enough early speed, will then have them rolling out in front. Pressing on to take control here 2 starts back, he set the tempo of a 51.8 mile when 4m in arrears. Not suited off the 2nd line last start when pegged away, he will be carving it out.

PARAVANI (3) is a quick beginner and will likely be lighting the fuse when the green light twinkles to take an early shot. Taking on open company last start from gate 1, it did not go to plan when LETS KATCHMEIFUCAN found the front. He will be in the mix.

CLARRY (5) is an off-pace runner that can look to take advantage if they turn the gas on and get the tongs out for a barbeque up front. Beaten by gate 10 last start, he completed a hat-trick of swooping victories 3 runs back and will be ready to make a closing play here.

SELECTIONS: LILAC FLASH (7), AT WEST POINT (1), PARAVANI (3), CLARRY (5)
SUGGESTED BET: LILAC FLASH (7) to win
