RACE TWO

IFOUNDTHEBEACH (1) is a big winner at the barriers after landing some tough alleys in recent starts. Working home from back in the pack last start, a smart closing 800m set from the front made it tough for the chasers. A winner at 2 of his past 5, he gets the options to capitalise in this.

AQUA CRUISER (7) was 2nd up back in Qld last start after joining the Steve Coombs yard and showed early speed from gate 3. Finding the front, he was able to dictate, taking them all the way in claiming a comfortable 4m victory. With the chance for an easy trip in behind the speed, he can be ready to strike in the stretch.

VENUS JUJON (5) has been racing well in recent weeks, the latest when hitting the line strongly in a blanket finish for the silver when only a half-head away. Runner-up here 3 back, she is in the mix.

SO BOBS YOUR UNCLE (8) settled in the pocket trail from inside the 2nd line last start and was making a closing dive up the passing lane when beaten a half-neck. Darting to the pegs could be the play here to feature.

SELECTIONS: IFOUNDTHEBEACH (1), AQUA CRUISER (7), VENUS JUJON (5), SO BOBS YOUR UNCLE (8)
SUGGESTED BET: IFOUNDTHEBEACH (1) to win

RACE THREE

CYCLONE KELLY (4)
is unbeaten here at his home track with a perfect 2 from 2. Pressing forward to take control from this gate last time out, he was never in danger to take them all the way with 13m to spare on the line. An easy winner here 4 runs back when leading throughout, he can press forward here to keep the record in-tact.

TIGES APPRENTICE (2) was angled to the pegs from gate 9 to look for the short-cuts last time out when making his 1st outing since returning to Qld. Chasing home in nice order to grab the silver behind CYCLONE KELLY, he has hit the board in 3 of 5 previous outings at The Triangle and has claims again.

BEEJAYS DELIGHT (7) was sent to the post as fav last start from gate 1 and tried to take them all the way, only to be gunned down and finish 5m in arrears. With a cosy trip here, he can chime in late.

BETTING BARON (1) has placed in 3 of his past 4 starts, the latest when in for the fight to hold in for the silver. Cutting the breeze on that occasion, he was game and 3 back closed strongly when only a half-head away. The gate is a big plus.

SELECTIONS: CYCLONE KELLY (4), TIGES APPRENTICE (2), BEEJAYS DELIGHT (7), BETTING BARON (1)
SUGGESTED BET: CYCLONE KELLY (4) to win

RACE FOUR

DOCTA FEELGOOD (2) looks well placed back to maiden company here after meeting some strong opponents in recent outings from bad gates. Placed in 2 of his 4 starts since returning for his 3YO term, he was closing strongly last start for 3rd behind JINGLES BROMAC when 4m in arrears. With the improved alley, this looks his chance to cash-in.

ZARAS A TREASURE (3) is a 2YO filly on debut by Tintin In America, for trainer Jack Butler. Out of the former handy race mare Sixteen Carat, she is a half-sister to 2 winners- Smiling Sam and Zaras Heaven. With a pair of smart trials in readiness for her 1st outing, she looks to have her share of ability.

CHILI ROCKS (5) returns to start her 4YO term after placing in 3 of her 5 starts in a lone 3YO campaign. Not asked for much in a recent trial, she will take good improvement from her return.

OUR BOY BOBBY (8) started from inside the 2nd line at his race debut last time out and chased hard to hold on for the silver. The 2nd line is not ideal but with added experience he can feature again.

SELECTIONS: DOCTA FEELGOOD (2), ZARAS A TREASURE (3), CHILI ROCKS (5), OUR BOY BOBBY (8)
SUGGESTED BET: DOCTA FEELGOOD (2) to win

RACE FIVE

TAKE IN THE GOLD (4)
has been ready to strike and looks to have found conditions here after placing at his past 2 attempts. Striking trouble that ended his night here 3 runs back, he again did not have the cleanest passage when only beaten a head at his next outing. Looking for inside runs last start when grabbing the bronze, he can capitalise here.

MYKINDOFFEELING (9) should appreciate this level of contest after meeting some tougher line-ups recently. Buried in the run last start as OUR ULTIMATE HANNA arrived over the AP mile, her Redcliffe record is strong and includes a win from gate 6 here 3 runs back when finishing over the top of them at the 2040m trip. She can challenge despite the tough gate.

MELTON LUCKY (7) eased from gate 6 over the AP mile last start before trying to make a closing play and finishing 9m in arrears of the winner ILLBEWATCHING. Doing his share of early work the start prior, he can be probing for openings here.

APACHE WHITESOX (6) has no favours from the wide gate but comes into this with a 50% strike-rate of finishing top-3 here at The Triangle. Only 5m away last time after being buried, he has place hopes.
SELECTIONS: TAKE IN THE GOLD (4), MYKINDOFFEELING (9), MELTON LUCKY (7), APACHE WHITESOX (6)
SUGGESTED BET: TAKE IN THE GOLD (4) to win

RACE SIX

This shapes as a tricky race and the map could have some various permeations to affect the outcome. If WAVEDANCER (3) can show some early hustle and happens to get to the front, he might just find the right set-up to score. Doing some early work here 2 starts back when finishing 2m from the winner MALIBU DREAM, the 2nd line stung his chances last start. This is within reach.

MALIBU DREAM (9) will be 2nd up from a spell and has featured in a barn switch following her return to now be prepared by Mark McNee. Settling in the running line from gate 2 at her return, she finished best down the outside to claim a narrow victory. Fitter for the run, she can challenge again.

CONDAFEW (8) eased to the pegs from gate 5 last start and was making a closing challenge wide out when 6m in arrears of COBBLER LANE. With the right tempo, he can finish strongly again in this grade.

SHESFEELINPRECIOUS (1) started from inside the 2nd line last start when finishing 6m from the winner A ROCKNROLL LEGACY. Doing it the tough way 2 runs back, she has the options to join in.

SELECTIONS: WAVEDANCER (3), MALIBU DREAM (9), CONDAFEW (8), SHESFEELINPRECIOUS (1)
SUGGESTED BET: WAVEDANCER (3) to win

RACE SEVEN

BERTILS FIREFOX (1)
shoots for the hat-trick after successive wins here at the 1780m trip. Pressing on to take control here 2 starts back and fighting them off to claim victory by 2m, he followed that with an all the way win. The gate is a bis asset, with the nagging query his record at the 2040m.

HARRY CROFT (4) eased from gate 5 last start and was working into the race wide off the track in the closing stages to grab the bronze behind FAIREACHDAINN. Buried away the start prior when making some closing ground to be 6m from GROOVY MISS ANNIE, he can look to make a challenge in this.

WHATELEY (6) will take benefit from his latest outing when returning from a spell from this same gate over the sprint trip. Closing out strongly after retreating early, he was only 5m away and can feature in a wide-open contest.

IMA REGAL JET (2) was pinned down from inside the 2nd line here 2 starts back and when sighting the gaps, was best of the chasers behind ELZBOY. Settling handy he can be thereabouts in this.

SELECTIONS: BERTILS FIREFOX (1), HARRY CROFT (4), WHATELEY (6), IMA REGAL JET (2)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

LETS BLAZE (5)
made his Qld debut in fine style here last time out after overcoming the 2nd line to score in impressive fashion. Settled in the running line, he loomed up at the home turn and when balanced quickly put up a margin to cruise home to a 15m victory. Fitter for the run, he strikes the right contest to go 2 from 2.

COURAGEOUS SAM (8) returned from a spell in fine fettle here last start when sent straight to the front from gate 3. He was starting to get a little weary in the latter stages but will take good benefit from the run, his first race appearance since July. With even luck in transit, he can challenge here.

BAZIL BOY (7) will appreciate a return to this grade after tackling much stronger opponents in qualifiers at his past 2 starts. Eased from gate 7 last start when down the line behind LARRY LINCOLN, he will be probing for openings.

TACTFILLY MIRACLE (1) showed some hustle out of the Hilux last start from the four-hole before releasing for the trail. Chasing gamely for the silver behind HURRIKANE HOUR, she has the gate to feature.

SELECTIONS: LETS BLAZE (5), COURAGEOUS SAM (8), BAZIL BOY (7), TACTFILLY MIRACLE (1)
SUGGESTED BET: LETS BLAZE (5) to win

RACE NINE

CHEYENNE AUTUMN (3)
returns from a let-up after her last appearance when 5m from the winner STUDLIEGH WILL in claiming 3rd. Midfield the start prior behind the smart winner MAYWYN TROUBADOR, if she can limit the early burn to secure position, she strikes a winnable contest.

LITTLEDEE (4) held the pocket trail from the ace last start and using the passing lane was able to hold on for the silver when 1.5m from the winner BERTILS FIREFOX. The gate is a little sticky here but finding early position and with even luck in transit, she can be looking to make a play against these.

REDDY FIRE (5) goes around The Triangle for the 101st time under race conditions after his past 3 have been at The Creek. Finishing over the top of them to score 3 runs back, he can be in the mix here.

MANY DELIGHTS (8) was locked away from inside the 2nd line last time out and was not that far way when looking to join in. He can look to press through in the early stages and is a podium play in a wide-open contest.

SELECTIONS: CHEYENNE AUTUMN (3), LITTLEDEE (4), REDDY FIRE (5), MANY DELIGHTS (8)
SUGGESTED BET:
