More than two-thirds of the catalogue at the Garrard’s Redcliffe Yearling Sale, to be held on Sunday, March 27 at Redcliffe Paceway, are out of race-winning mares and almost 50 percent are from winner-producers.

Among the offering are yearlings out of the Group 1 Westbred 3YO Classic winner Once Bitten, the QBRED Triad placegetters Sweet As Candy ($126,106) and Rose Of Jeremy, Albion Park winners including Frostiness, Wicked Time, Candyliscious, Blazing VC, My Jane’s Cullen, Montana Rockstar, Beaudiene Flame and Rowan Franco and the Redcliffe Sales Classic heat winners Charlyse, Datsalife and Ark Teamo.

There’s siblings to horses of the calibre of Fire And Ice ($154,519), the QBRED Triad winner Wicked Style, the Redcliffe Sales Classic winners Mathilda Diventa, She’s Miss Devine, Couldntresist, Designer Style and Dapper Bessie, Gotta Good Reason (Tas. Golden Apple), Frost En Ice (Changeover 2YO Classic), the QBred Triad Consolation winners Ali Downunder, Midnight Somewhere and Dataldo, Aussie Vista ($80,067) and the APG heat winner That’s Bettor.

All horses sold at the sale are eligible to compete in the $100,000 Garrard’s Redcliffe Sale Race Classic in June 2023 and the 3YO Classic in 2024.

Most horses are eligible for the QBRED scheme carrying $3.5 million in stakemoney and bonuses. They are also eligible for the NSW Breeders Challenge, Vicbred, Breeders Crown, Bathurst Gold Crown and NZ Sires Stakes.

Hard copies of the catalogue are available from the Albion Park and Redcliffe tracks, all Garrard’s Horse & Hound stores or phone Darren Ebert on 0410 688 176.
