The Bundaberg Race Club non-TAB meeting on Saturday, May 14 has been abandoned due to weather and state of the track.
This meeting was to feature the Battle of the Bush Qualifier race (originally postponed from Burrandowan last week).
This Qualifier race will now be conducted at the Nanango Race Club TAB meeting on Saturday, May 21 – replacing the Open Hcp (1200m) originally scheduled.
A Benchmark 60 Hcp (1200m) will also be added to the program.
The amended race program is:
- 2022 Battle of the Bush Nanango Qualifier Open Hcp - 1200m (App cannot claim) - $14,000 + $1,000 trophy
- Restricted to horses that have started in a minimum of five (5) country races (TAB/non-Tab) in Queensland in the period 20/5/21 to 19/5/22.
- Benchmark 60 Hcp - 1600m - $14,000
- Benchmark 60 Hcp - 1200m - $14,000
- Class 3 Plate (sw) (QTIS Bonuses Applicable) - 1000m - $14,000 plus QTIS
- Benchmark 55 Hcp - 800m - $14,000
- Benchmark 45 Hcp - 1200m - $14,000
- Maiden Plate (2yo & up sw) - 800m - $16,000
