RACE ONE

Starting from the 10m tape here on Tuesday night, MAJESTIC HARRY (8) was safely into stride and settled in the running line. Trying to make ground over the closing stages, he was able to grab 2nd but could not reel in the big winner RILEY MOMENT. Despite the back mark, he has the class.

DOWN UNDER RORS (4) tackled the mobile mile last start and was sent to sit parked and do the heavy lifting, a position not normally in his repertoire. Finishing midfield after the tough run, it followed an 8m margin behind JANSSON when searching for gaps. He can press on here to challenge.

NATTY PAGGER (6) has been showing steady improvement at each outing since arriving in Qld, the latest where he tackled the pacers and returned a tidy effort. The smaller field will help his chances.

HELLO JOLENE JOLENE (7) I had to have this talk with you, my happiness depends on you and whatever you decide to do, Jolene. At her best, which includes six wins on this deck, she is up to this, consistency has been the Achilles heel.

SELECTIONS: MAJESTIC HARRY (8), DOWN UNDER RORS (4), NATTY PAGGER (6), HELLO JOLENE JOLENE (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MAJESTIC HARRY (8) to win

RACE TWO

This looks a far easier contest for BEEFY BENSON (5) compared to his two Qld starts thus far and despite the middle of the line, he has the required versatility. Beaten a head by the handy RACY ROXY two starts back, he was not too far from BANGKOK DEEJAY last time. He looks up to the task.

WONDERWOMAN JUJON (3) broke the maiden status four starts back which was in September when taking them all the way from gate 4 at Redcliffe. Sent for a spell after that outing, here three runs since resuming have had merit and with added improvement, she can challenge.

LEANDER (8) will have the second line options to plot her course, the likely scenario being working off the poles early. Not much went her way last start and with even luck she can feature in this.

JELIGNITE JACK (4) was first up for the new stable last start when pouncing on the front from gate 1 to set the tempo. Gripping on for 3rd behind SO MUCH MORE, he can chime into the minors here.

SELECTIONS: BEEFY BENSON (5), WONDERWOMAN JUJON (3), LEANDER (8), JELIGNITE JACK (4)
SUGGESTED BET: BEEFY BENSON (5) to win

RACE THREE

In a contest where the 2138m might sot a few of them out, LADY ALLEGRA (8) will take just her 2nd look over the middle trip in her brief career. Hitting the line in nice order here on Tuesday night to be just a head in arrears of the winner, she was not suited the start prior when sitting parked. This looks within her reach.

ALL THE FOURS (2) has run the quinella in all four starts here at The Creek with a pair of wins and a pair of 2nds. Swooping home over the top of them from deep in the pack two starts back over the mile, he was a beaten favourite last start at Redcliffe and will be in search of redemption.

OFFICE BAD BOY (1) was a winner from gate 4 over this trip three starts back when finding the pocket trail from gate 4 and taking the winning shot up the passing lane. The gate puts him in the mix.

WET FLIPFLOPS (5) started from gate 4 in a small field at Redcliffe at his first Qld appearance last time out and chased home for the silver. With even luck, he can again chime into the money.

SELECTIONS: LADY ALLEGRA (8), ALL THE FOURS (2), OFFICE BAD BOY (1), WET FLIPFLOPS (5)
SUGGESTED BET: LADY ALLEGRA (8) to win

RACE FOUR

with a penchant for power running the mile, ADAM CROCKER (6) has the wide gate to negotiate but he can be lit up early to get across and keep them rolling. Keeping them wide with ease from gate 1 last start, he held on after laying out a 1.51.3 mile and will have them chasing again here.

KASHED UP (7) has been runner-up in all three starts since resuming from a spell, the latest when holding 2nd behind the super impressive MANILA PLAYBOY. Chasing home ADAM CROCKER on consecutive occasions at his first two runs back, he can try to challenge to turn the tables.

WITH THE BAND (3) eased from gate 7 last start in a mares only contest and settled on the pegs was picking up good metres in the stretch when the gaps opened. She might just have the hustle to be first to the pegs.

OUR BONDI BEACH (8) loves the poles and that could be the ideal place for this contest with a solid tempo out in front. Taking his shot up the passing lane to score last start, he will be probing.

SELECTIONS: ADAM CROCKER (6), KASHED UP (7), WITH THE BAND (3), OUR BONDI BEACH (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 6 / 3-7-8

RACE FIVE

This is a tricky looking contest that might just prove the right time for WILLIEWA LIGHTNING (3) to recapture some winning form. Trying to take them all the way over this trip two starts back, it was only the flying CLASSIE WASHINGTON that grabbed him late. Beaten by gate 6 last time, he can strike.

ETERNAL GOLD (2) eased from gate 5 over the 1780m at Redcliffe last start and from back in the pack never got warm in the closing stages. A slice of luck went his way to find the pocket trail two starts back and he was able to capitalise on the opportunity to score. The gate is a big plus.

PEPPA BLISS (9) will take further benefit from her latest offering where she was second up from a spell. Closing in nice style when resuming for 3rd to MACH BRILLIANCE, gate 7 was her undoing last time and trailing through here will suit.

ALI DOWNUNDER (10) tackled a Trot Rods heat last start when easing from the wider gate before hitting the line in nice order to be just 1m from the winner. He can work into it here.

SELECTIONS: WILLIEWA LIGHTNING (3), ETERNAL GOLD (2), PEPPA BLISS (9), ALI DOWNUNDER (10)
SUGGESTED BET: WILLIEWA LIGHTNING (3) to win

RACE SIX

It has been a while since a claiming race has been conducted here at The Creek and after starting favourite here on Tuesday, HANDSOME HERO (5) might just be better suited this time. Hemmed away and devoid of luck in that race, he has been working his way towards winning form.

FOUR STARZZZ FORSA (1) started from this gate on Tuesday and did not have his usual hustle off the arm which then saw him buried three back on the poles over the 2138m. Slicing through to grab 3rd, he was beaten a lip three starts back from the front and driven hard early can be gripping on.

LOORIM CREEK (6) has had just the solitary start since arriving in Qld where he was asked to sit parked in a strong mile and was game in defeat. Despite the wider gate, he can feature.

BEE GEES BANDIT (8) has faced the outside front line at his past two starts owing to his unruly behaviour and should appreciate trailing in behind the speed from the start.

SELECTIONS: HANDSOME HERO (5), FOUR STARZZZ FORSA (1), LOORIM CREEK (6), BEE GEES BANDIT (8)
SUGGESTED BET: HANDSOME HERO (5) to win

RACE EIGHT

Fitter following three runs back from a spell where he has progressed at each outing, NICKS PICK (8) looks set to enjoy an economical trip. Just a half-neck from the winner last start after racing in the 1x1 trail, he was trying to make ground behind FRANCO NANDOR the start prior. This looks ideal.

ISOLATION (3) rolled forward to sit parked from gate 3 over the Redcliffe 1780m two starts back and despite the tough trip, pulled clear to take a 5m winning margin. Runner-up on Tuesday behind the strong win of ONE BIG SHEW when best of the rest after racing first over, he can make the challenge.

FRANKIES TOOTH (1) struck trouble when first up in 12 months at Redcliffe three starts back yet still was under 2m from the winner. Claiming a tough win second up, she has the gate to feature.

MIGHTY GEORGE (4) found suitable conditions last start at Redcliffe when powering home over the top to claim a handy victory. Just 3m away when chasing here two starts back, he can be chiming in.

SELECTIONS: NICKS PICK (8), ISOLATION (3), FRANKIES TOOTH (1), MIGHTY GEORGE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: NICKS PICK (8) to win

RACE NINE

Tricky map in the early stages to chart here but if they press on with B MAC C (5), he might just be the one to find the front. Settled back in the pack last start from gate 2 as THE IDEAL DANCER arrived, the start prior he was buried away and searching for gaps. He can bob up here.

THE HERVEY BAY (6) eased forward from gate 3 to sit parked over the Redcliffe 1780m last start. Fighting hard to the wire, he held on for the bronze behind SUMOMENTSOMEWHERE, finishing 4m in arrears. Game in defeat in a qualifier two starts back from gate 7, he can throw it down here.

TEARAWAY DIAMOND (9) was hemmed away from inside the second line last time out before hitting the line in nice order for the bronze. Pressing through early, he can chime in here.

JUST JOSHIN (3) was a Redcliffe winner three starts back when finding the pocket trail and then showing superior speed up the passing lane. Not far away from the second line last time, he can feature.

SELECTIONS: B MAC C (5), THE HERVEY BAY (6), TEARAWAY DIAMOND (9), JUST JOSHIN (3)
SUGGESTED BET:
