The Hughenden Jockey Club non-TAB race meeting on Saturday, May 14 has been rescheduled to the Mount Isa Race Club.
Approximately 40mm rainfall has fallen at the Hughenden racetrack in the past 24 hours making the track unsuitable for racing.
The race program, including prizemoney, will remain the same for the rescheduled Mount Isa meeting, although there has been minor amendments to some race distances. They are:
- Outback Racing Showcase Heat - Open Hcp - 1450m (previously 1400m);
- QTIS Benchmark 55 Hcp - 900m (previously 800m); and
- Benchmark 50 Hcp - 1450m (previously 1400m).
Nominations lodged for the Hughenden meeting will remain as nominations for the rescheduled Mount Isa meeting.
Nominations for all races at Mount Isa will now close at 11am, Wednesday, May 11.
