Racing Queensland advises that the following race meetings have been transferred to the Sunshine Coast Turf Club Polytrack.

As a result of the changes, the acceptance deadline for Friday’s Sunshine Coast Turf Club meeting has been amended from 10am to 11am today.

The transfer of the Sunshine Coast Turf Club meeting has necessitated changes to race distances and starting limits for some of the races on the program. They are:

  • Class 4 Handicap – was 1200m, is now 1100m. Starting limit is 14;
  • Class 2 Plate (SW) – was 1800m, is now 2000m. Starting limit is 12;
  • Class 1 Handicap – was 1300m, is now 1400m. Starting limit is 12; and
  • Maiden Handicap – was 1200m, is now 1100m. Starting limit is 14; and
  • The starting limits for the remaining four races on the program will also change.

Trainers should note that following the meeting’s transfer there will be no fees applicable to nominations/scratchings, irrespective of the time when they were transacted.
